My heel has been hurting for over 6 months. Over the weekend, someone mentioned to try an ankle wrap overnight to keep the ankle in a flexed position. So I tried this KTSAY ankle brace, and it worked like magic. The pain diminished after the 1st night, and more so the 2nd night. It's quite easy to put on, very soft, comfortable and non-slip. The strectable strap with a large velcro area kept brace on nice and snug.

I use this one to wrap around my wrist. Specially when I drive for a long time. It is very comfortable, flexible and you can adjust it to your needs. It has silicone on the inside, a loop and velcro that helps it stay in place. Good price and good quality. It can be use on your arm les or ankle. It is about 2 ft long.

I originally bought it because it was cheap and I needed a brace that I didn’t care to get dirty or sandy on an upcoming trip. However, I was pleasantly surprised it has a grippy texture so it doesn’t slide. The wrap is thick and provides good compression and support, antually like this better than the Ace brace I bought to be my “good” brace. Easy to use. The compression and support help my ankle not hurt and let me enjoy vacation while recovering from a nasty sprain. Slide your foot in the hoop and wrap (grippy towards skin) then it easily velcros.

I initially chose this for its great price but was pleasantly surprised by the quality and looks of this item. It does what ankle wraps are supposed to do, offers support and is adjustable as needed. It is thicker than and ace type bandage so offers firmer support fyi. Good choice
