Tangled filament

Original: We just got it today, and on the second print we had issues with the filament being tangled and it messed up our print. What a waste. Updated: while we did have initial issues of the filament not being wound evenly, with layers wound to overlap each other, AnkerMake did reach out to me to make it right. They replaced the bad batch of filament and we have had no issues since.

Excellent Filament. I particularly like the Matte and Silk versions.
