I purchased these months ago and man it's been amazing! I needed something small with USBs/Usb-c outlet and this was the answer to all my problems! It's very light and the cord length is long enough for me to use to place it away from my desk and out of sight. The only issue I had with this strip was that in one of the strips all the USB outlets completely went out and didn't respond at all. The USB-C was still perfectly functioning but it wasn't picking up USBs at all. I reached out to ANKER and man they solved this issue swiftly. Within 2 days they sent me out a new one and after a month even reached back out to me again to check if everything was operating correctly. Now that is A1 customer service, I already thought of ANKER as pretty reliable, but after that A1 customer service I received, I will definitely be coming back for more of their future products! dEF ... show more

I’ve been using this for the past 6 months. Everything works great. The only 2 complaints that I have is that 1, if you’re using the usb and usb c ports at the same time, the charging for usb c slows down. The second one is that the ports for the wall chargers is looser than expected. It doesn’t take a lot for me to yank it out. It’s not a huge deal since I only have to push it in firmly only once in a while but it is something to note. I notice that one of the chargers is loose whenever charging slows down. But for the most part, I don’t have too many complaints. It charges up my devices pretty quickly. I use it for all of my electronics so iPhone, AirPods, MacBook and a few others. I love the slim and sleek profile.also love the extra spots for electronics. I do wish (Pardon all my lotions in the picture) it was more of a square shape though so it would be easier to hide on a table. But cord is long; super flexible, and haven’t had any issues charging anything. I like that I can turn off the power strip when we travel. Not sure how the USB ports work yet; if it’s quick or not. ... show more

The first few weeks the power strip worked great. Then it started going downhill. When I would use the outlet plugs then the usb and usb c slots would no longer work. Then the usb and usb c slots would not work if more than one cord was plugged into one of the 3 ports. Now I’m lucky if I can get one of the pronged outlet plug in’s to work. I’m a diehard anker product user and have multiple different charging cables, charging blocks, and different types of muti-source chargers…..but this product really is disappointing. ... show more

    • USB-A PORTS DO NOT WORK (UPDATE: RESOLVED)
The USB-A ports are dead. They were intermittent at first and I was able to revive them by unplugging and replugging the power strip from the wall. But now, after Amazon return window, they are completely dead. The 110 volt outlets still work, as does the USB-C port. I’ve tried various troubleshooting steps, including using a different USB cable and verifying the cables and phone charged on a different power adapter. These are not high draw devices: phones and Apple Watch. A rare disappointment from Anker. UPDATE: Anker reached out to me and provided a replacement. It works fine out of the box and I'm hoping it remains trouble-free. Upgrading star rating from 2-4 for the excellent support and making things right. ... show more

    • Nice power strip, but cord looks cheap
First of all, this product meets my needs. I have several USB devices that need the extra power contained in this compact unit. My only complaint is the cord, the money a braided cord would have looked much better. This cord seems very cheap and creases on any bend or turn.

    • A name you can trust
I like the Anker powerstrip and Anker is a name you can trust since I have not issues except for this power strip. A few days ago I noticed some of my devices were not charging. At first I thought it was the cables, so I removed them from the USB Port A and tested out the cables. The cables were fine and charged in other places but not via the USB Port A, although USB Port C worked and the plugs worked fine. I was about to ask for a replacement since it sounded like it could be faulty. But before I did, I unplugged it and plugged it back in and then all ports started working. I guess something inside of the power strip must have been tripped and therefore stopped some of the ports. What I find interesting it that it was just the USB Port A ports that stopped working not the whole unit. ... show more
