This recliner arrived today. I was looking for something sturdy and solid that would not overwhelm a room or swallow me when I sat in it. The heat and massage features got terrible reviews but that was less important to me than being able to sit comfortably with my back straight and legs perpendicular to assist with circulation. Based on the reviews, I was concerned that the chair might be too small. My chair must be made totally differently from those reviewers chairs because this one is incredible! It was delivered very quickly - ordered Sunday night, delivered Thursday morning by FedEx. I'm a 72 year old female at 150 pounds, it weighed 82 pounds, so I just opened the box on the back porch where it was delivered and removed it from the box in sections. It is well engineered for quick assembly by myself! Very solid and sturdy. Then I sat in it. OMG! Incredibly comfortable! I'm 5'5" and my feet are a couple inches above the floor, but by sitting straight against the back with legs extended it is perfect. I am in love with the additional features! The massage offers different options with Hi and Low settings. The Low setting is most comfortable for me. Heat is available on the lumbar area with or without the massage feature, and fits my lower back perfectly! I'm not crazy about the color, it's more of a dark taupe than a (caramel color) camel, but I love this chair! I highly recommend it! ... show more

This chair is very easy to assemble since the back just slides in to the bottom. The material is very soft and the chair seems comfortable. The arm rests sip on one side and Velcro on the other to stay on. So far the Velcro side has popped off a few times. The picture is my 6 foot 190 pound teenager for size reference. ... show more

The chair looks great.. it feels nice and comfy . But the age old saying you get what you pay for.. it broke on day 3.. and because I need a chair we have to deal with it.. I sat back and reclined and it broke on the left side.. other than that the chair is a wonderful seat... Very easy to put together .. It's size is nice. I think the seat of the chair is stable and nice. Massage feature works good as well. I am happy with the size .. again I am disappointed that it broke on the Third day and because of that I can not give five stars.. I have had my chair taken care of.. this company is a good one.. they fixed my issue fast and efficiently! Five star worthy! ... show more

My husband and I both have one, at first they were so great and comfortable. After 6 months the vibration and the heat no longer worked. After 8 months the cushions became deflated. Overall not worth it.

I'll start first with the good. It's pretty comfortable. The heat function works fantastic. I love that the footrest, and the fabric that goes from the footrest to the chair is also heated. The bad. It is very difficult to lower the footrest. The back of the chair reclines back naturally, and the front of the chair is elevated. So you're fighting against the incline when trying to lower the footrest. If you have longer legs, you have to put your knees towards your chest, so that the back of your ankles dig into the footrest in order to get enough force to snap the footrest in place. I often feel like I'm slamming a door, but it's the footrest 🙄 The "massage" is just vibration. There's no actual massage rollers/balls. I would totally send it back, but don't want to have to load it up and take it for drop off. ... show more

Super easy to assemble. From opening the box opening to finishing the assembly, I was enjoying my heated massage within 5 minutes. Relatively firm padding, makes this chair feel really high end. The control is easy to use and the massage is awesome. There is A lower setting for massage. Both settings feel great. I bought 2 of them and I am so happy with them. The chairs were purchased as gifts for 2 family members. Both are very nice looking, gorgeous colors, easy to assemble and have great features. They're a bit smaller than we anticipated. I'll edit this review over time to let shoppers know how they hold up. Delivery was earlier than expected which was nice. Each chair came in their own box and assembly took just a few minutes. FedEx delivered them. Instead of leaving them on the porch, the driver dragged them from the truck and up the sidewalk. And that's where they were left. We were able to retrieve them just before the rain came. My review score does not reflect this. I'll contact FedEx directly on this matter. ... show more
