If I could give more then 5 stars, I totally would!! I recently had multiple back surgeries and decided to redecorate my plant room (that became a chore to me) into a Me room, but also with a simplistic budget in mind! I scoured furniture stores and online until I found this lil gem! I immediately contacted the company to make sure it would fit through my 30ish inch door! Without hesitation they sent me the size of the box and assured me it would fit! The chair came much earlier than expected, and the day it was shipped they sent me an email to let me know it was on its way!! Seriously I thought to myself…who does that!! Well this company does! Stellar customer service!! When the chair arrived, the fed ex driver helped me get the box into my home. They are regulars here and understand my disabilities and capabilities…or maybe it’s the snack/drink box I leave outside for them! I got to putting the chair together and within 10 minutes it was assembled, plugged in and I was relaxing! I was amazed that nothing was too heavy for me to maneuver. Now I do admit it is definitely for fun size people. I’m 5’3” and I fit in it perfectly; my feet don’t hang over at all when totally reclined. Sitting not reclined, my feet touch the ground and I love that it’s a perfect decline to the seated position. Having a lot of metal in my back the ease of getting in and out furniture is imperative. I also have room for my 3 fun size pooches to sit on the sides of me! I love this because we are not cramped in a small space! When sitting in the chair it’s very comfortable! The firmness is perfect for me! The material is soft and doesn’t make me sweat! The motor is not noisy and it’s very smooth! I love that it can be close to the wall and still fully recline. I was beyond excited when I realized in the description I missed the part that it has a usb port for my electronics!! And don’t you know, the company sent me an email to make sure their records were accurate that I had received my chair! Once again I was stunned! Also on the first day of contacting them, there was a $60 off coupon, but when I purchased it the following day, the coupon was gone. They also informed me that they reimbursed me that coupon amount!!! One thing I noticed, was I felt a little lopsided to the right, and the chair felt a little wobbly when I was reclined. So I got out my level and was confused how everything I assembled was perfectly level. I reached out to the company, and they assured me they would figure out how to fix my problem! This type of customer service is unheard of now a days! I was in disbelief!! After a few email and picture exchanges, come to find out there are 4 lil round feet on the bottom of the base. I didn’t even notice them at first! I got out my 7/16 socket wrench and loosened the ones on the right side, and yep I’m completely sitting even now! The price of this chair was very impressive!! The view in room feature made my mind up! The comfort, ease of assembly and style won me over! But that impeccable customer service has me absolutely sold!! It made this experience so exciting, rewarding and pleasant!

We love these recliners! I ordered 2 for my husband & I to use in our newly established TV/family room in our finished basement. They arrived earlier than expected and we're easy to assemble. We both think they are very comfortable, sturdy and look awesome. After shopping at several furniture stores, we found these to be the best for the price. Highly recomnend.

Fantastic weathered look, price is awesome, and as an overall comfy seat... It's a good piece. However.... The arms are hollow with some flexible substraight that gives in when you put weight on the. The back stops at your neck not above your head, also not very stable chair when reclined. All in all the feel of the chair is adequate, but if your thinking it's an overstuffed heavy duty lazy boy type chair you can dive into with a brew, a blanket, and a game all weekend... This is not the chair you are looking for.

We weren't sure about ordering furniture online but thought we would give it a try. Wanted these for my man cave, so the western leather look is perfect. These are a brown and light brown not an orange color which is nice. Shipping was a week early, they showed up in heavy thick box and in good shape for a 97lb huge box traveling from Texas. Assembly was easy and fast took longer to unpack them then to put them together, literally 2 minutes to assemble. QUALITY is so much more than expected. The material fit and finish is nice doesn't feel cheap, construction is sturdy and the under chair mechanism isn't cheap and the motor and components are strong and motor operates smoothly and quietly not too fast or slow. The seat cushion is firm but not too firm I'm sure it will soften up with use. Arm cushions aren't too soft nor is the back or head cushions. My feet hang over the footrest but I'm 5'9" and the back could be a couple inches higher when the footrest isn't out, but with the footrest extended it supports your head fine. We gave a more extensive set from a big furniture chain store and these sit the same way, (my feet hang over the footrest).These chairs aren't the big soft sink in recliners but they are nice. As far as the reviews that say they tip over easy....well I don't know what your doing to make them tip over but I really had to rock the chairs side to side and back and forth to make them tip.. Don't hesitate to buy these they are nice and quality is fine. Two chairs for the price of one at the bigger furniture stores.

These are worth what you pay. Nice looking but very flimsy as in not sturdy when you get up from chair it moves from side to side. Not a heavy sturdy chair. The motor is already broken in 4 months. If I had choice I would not buy these. The seats are not comfy and cushioned well. You can feel the wires under your body.

Chair broke with first use. Was only out of the box for a couple of hours. The chair on first recline made a loud pop, and started tilting to the right side. I fell out of it, and had to wait for help this morning to get up off the floor. I’m a disabled veteran and need a working chair. I’m well below the weight & my height is 5’1. I ordered the same chair years ago for someone else and they still have it. I was so excited to see the price was lower & in my favorite color. I’ve a spinal cord injury and can only sit in recliners. Someone snapped the back and sides carefully and in under 5 mins. It looked gorgeous buy now doesn’t even close. It says I’ve to return it, which I would love to but I don’t have the box anymore. I also don’t have a way to return it. Amazon said I was responsible for return fees. Couch lasted, 1 use, I will have to hire someone to take it away, then pay to ship it. That cost more than the actual recliner. I will post videos when I get back from the Veteran Administration Hospital. I have one pic so far, but like I said I will post videos when I get back. Not sure when that will be. I will also update on the company’s response to my email from them.
