  • Great Chair, Better Customer Service
Size: 1PCS Color: Grey
The chair is great! It's comfy, roomy (although I wouldn't call it "oversized") and was VERY simple to put together. We have o ly had it a few days, so I can't speak to the durability, but overall it seems like a solid chair. What impressed me the most with this purchase was the customer service I received. We had an issue with the shipment, as the chair comes in 3 separate boxes. One of the boxes was lost, which delayed our order. I was able to easily contact the seller, who promptly responded and resent the box we were missing. Within a few days we had the missing box and were able to put together the chair. The seller then followed up again to ensure we received all the pieces and didn't need anything else. Our issue was an easy one to fix, but I appreciated the sellers attention to quickly solve the issue we were having, and the follow up to ensure we were happy. Overall, I highly recommend the chair and working with the seller! ... show more

  • Great value
Size: 1PCS Color: Grey
It's a very comfortable recliner for the value. Swivels, rocks, reclines. The fabric is like micro fabric, very soft. Easy assembly. It's a good size(I'm a larger man) not too small. Assuming that it holds up with kids in the house I definitely want to buy another one. I'm going to see if they sell couches too. ... show more

  • My experience
I bought this in 2023, I was comfortable and I have enjoyed it. I am 83 and weigh 250 lbs. and sometime after about 9 months a hole appeared in the left side of the seat, I assume somehow a spring has sprung. My fix was to purchase a pillow to cover the seat and sit on, which has worked fine. I will be buying a new chair soon.overall I am happy with the purchase. ... show more

  • High quality feel without hurting the bank
Size: 1PCS Color: Grey
I’m in love with this rocking chair. First of all it’s literally 4 pieces that go together seamlessly with no tools required! My husband is 6’3, 260 lbs, and has back problems. His main concern when looking for a rocker for our nursery was that it would be big enough for him to sit in comfortably, and it’s perfect! I like that it can recline too because my daughter will only contact nap, so once she’s asleep I can kick back and play on my phone while she gets her nap in. I like that it has pockets on the sides to hold books and toys. It is very soft, but not in a way that you just sink in, it’s still firm! It looks and feels like something you would pay 3x the price for at a regular furniture store. Definitely worth the price!! FedEx lost the first one but the company was very quick to respond and get us another sent out asap and I really appreciated that. ... show more

  • Comfy but hideous
Size: 1PCS Color: Camel
Edit: I bought this chair 7 days short of a year ago. It is completely useless now. There are springs poking out of the padding in the seat of the chair, still under the cover. The padding on both the headrest and footrest has become crumbled or whatever, you can’t set your heels comfortably on the footrest. Also the handle to extend the footrest ripped off and out. All together it was a lousy investment. I don’t expect a $300 chair to be golden but I DO expect it to be comfy and functional for more than 1 lousy year. And I AM 165 lbs but come on, plenty of men and some women outweigh me by quite a bit. What if one of them bought it? And I was only sitting quietly in it, playing PS5. My other recliner came from Ashley and was $700, but it’s lasted 6 years already. I just bought a new recliner off Amazon but I for sure didn’t even THINK about getting another one of these. If it’s only going to have a small someone sitting in it occasionally u might get a year and a half. Otherwise, keep looking. You’ll be happier. Like everyone I’m sure, I was nervous about buying a chair I couldn’t sit in first. Then I found out that although they take returns, YOU have to pay return shipping, which would be extremely pricey, and then there’s a restocking fee. THEN they said they’d hold out even more if the chair or BOX was damaged. How you’re supposed to control box damage in shipping is beyond me. So I was pretty leery of buying, but the chair was so cheap that I decided to risk it. I’m glad I did. It arrived much earlier than the expected date, which was very nice, and all the boxes arrived the same day. I unwrapped everything and discovered that the chair is NOT the prettiest recliner in the world. It looked different in the picture. It’s MOTTLED, which isn’t a good look on recliners. BUT I wasn’t worried about it that much, because only wealthy people have furniture that all matches anyway, and I certainly wasn’t going to try to return it. So, assembly: make sure you put the arms on before the back. That went fine, but putting the back on was not good. It’s a simple concept to slide 2 metal pieces down into 2 receptacles, but in practice it sucks. The chair back got stuck somehow, and now it won’t go all the way in. When you’re putting the back in, make sure it stays level or it will get stuck. And keeping it level with just 1 person is hard. Now the back is stuck about 1 1/2 inches above the arm. That’s the only reason this chair got 4 stars instead of 5. Other than that it was very easy. Also, the foot part doesn’t come up all that high. My other recliner the foot part comes up so that your feet are even with the rest of you, but this one doesn’t. It’s like you want the foot piece to come up some more but it won’t. And I don’t like the handle to recline…instead of a lever like usual, it’s a handle and you have to pull it, and it feels like it’s going to break one day. But you get what you pay for. The chair is, in my opinion, quite comfortable. Recliners don’t always fit me…usually there’s a big headrest and not much lumbar support. it pushes my head too far forward. But this one has no huge headrest and I’m glad. It’s soft and plush, but the seat is a bit firmer and quite nice to sit on. The armrests and the back are very nice. I like the swivel function very much…its very convenient. I was worried it would swivel TOO much and be moving around when I was just trying to rock (or glide, I guess). But it doesn’t…I haven’t had any problems at all. All together I’m pretty satisfied with the chair, and I’m SUPER satisfied for a chair I couldn’t try out. It’s sort of like buying a car without driving it. Or getting a dog you’ve never met. A big risk, but luckily it worked out for me. But if you hate the chair, I’d try to sell it rather than return it…you’ll lose half (or more) of what you paid for it in shipping and restocking fees. ... show more

  • Looks nice, not good quality
Size: 1PCS Color: Grey
I bought 3 of these. The latch that releases the recliner snapped off on 2 of them within a few months, 1 of those will not open even digging down into the chair and grabbing the very thin wire with pliers to pull it out. Also, if your room is a little tilted and you recline it will rotate unless you hold on to something. As for the recliner, you have to almost lay on the back of the chair to the point to where it will tip over to keep the back down and just moving a little bit will push you back up into a seated position. I'm a 200 pound 6 foot man and it doesn't matter. The center of gravity isn't right. Probably due to the heavy swivel base. They look really nice, but used very cheap parts. And finally one of the chairs came with springs where you sit popping up and making it way too uncomfortable to sit on without a pillow under you. I recommend buying a different chair. 1 out of the 3 I bought is all that is still in working condition besides the recliner pushing you back up and swivel issues. Even 200 for this isn't really worth it. It has to function properly to have any value EDIT: I was contacted about my issues. I took some pictures of one of the chairs where the puller handle is broken and explained the condition of the other 2 chairs I bought. They are sending me a new puller which I appreciate. A lot of sellers will just ignore and not care, but they reached out. Hopefully I can figure out how to install the new puller because it snakes through tubing. And also that it lasts because I haven't had any luck. So I have to give credit for customer service even though I had a lot of disappointment after I purchased 3 of these chairs ... show more

  • Great chair! Highly recommended!
Size: 1PCS Color: Grey
It’s not hard to assemble! I did it by myself!! I’m a female that isn’t really handy with assembling things! If you spray WD-40 on the tracks it slides very easy!! It’s for my elderly mom and she can put the footrest down fine! She’s almost 80! It’s not that bad to work and it’s not hard to assemble!! It’s big it’s comfortable and I love it! ... show more

  • Don’t recommend buying
Size: 1PCS Color: Grey
The things I was looking for in a recliner - I’m a tall person 6’5” and I weigh 280lbs. A oversized recliner was my preference, but I also wanted a recliner that I could move by myself. A recliner that came in sections seemed ideal. It’s not even been a year since my purchase. The springs in the seat already sounding worn out. Just today the handle attached to cable to release the footrest broke. My old recliner lasted almost a decade before things like this started to happen. Less than a year and this recliner is falling apart. This is why I wait to post my reviews. Every company wants an instant review on their product. This recliner isn’t built to last. I just thought it would last at least five years. The recliner was used only by me. I live alone and work 40+ hrs a week which is to say - the recliner wasn’t misused and not overly used which showcases the poor quality and craftsmanship in building this product. ... show more
