Firstly, I want to give a honest review. I paid for my A8 dual motor, so no collaboration or free bike here. Here is what I love about the Aniioki. The bike is built very stable and although the bike weights over 130 pounds with battery included, you do not feel that weight. The bike is built very balanced. I love the upright position and how it seamlessly rides and turns corner, almost as if I am on my softail harley. My bike is now at 144 miles, literally brand new. However, I have been a ebike service tech in the Sacramento California since 2004. At 100 miles, I remove both the front and rear hub motor. I cleaned, and regreased the inner hub housing and planetary gears. Note: Add more grease than what came from the factory. Remember Aniioki owners, regrease your hub motors at 100 miles, 500 miles, and 1,000 miles and every 1,000 after that. The color combo and just the overall feel of the bike makes me smile every time. I have not ridden my other ebikes, because the Aniioki takes care of all my traveling needs. Cant wait to take this bike camping. Customer Service: Customer service is a blast and fast at getting back to me. I have inquired a dozen times and with 24 or less they have responded through the whatsapp. They have really taken good care of me and I am grateful.
