I bought this light for my granddaughter, who is 9 years old. When she took it out of the box, she was thrilled to see that it came with a remote control. We discovered that we could just tap the top of the mushroom to make it change colors. The rest of the day, as everyone passed the mushroom, we tapped it to make it change colors. It was almost a competition as each of us wanted a certain color. This mushroom made for a fun day! Highly recommend!

I have two of these lamps: one on my bedside table and one in my toddler’s room. They are so worth the purchase! I like how versatile the light is - the bright white light is surprisingly illuminating for such a small lamp, but then you can dim it down to a soft, barely-there candle light yellow which is perfect if you’re getting up multiple times a night. I used it all throughout the nighttime pregnancy wake-ups, and am currently using it for breastfeeding. It’s so nice that I can have light that doesn’t disturb my husband’s sleep, and that doesn’t blast my retinas awake every time I have to rise. The remotes are a nice feature which I didn’t realize I’d use so much! You can tuck yourself into bed and then turn off the light, rather than stumbling into bed blindly. I leave one remote on my headboard where I can reach it and one beside the lamp itself. This is also perfect for my toddler’s room. He’s been going through a rough time with sleep lately, so I got this to supplement his other, much dimmer night light. He LOVES it and likes to pick the color he’s sleeping with every night. The brightness level can be adjusted to suit the level of nighttime worry. This lamp seems to bring him comfort and that is a WIN. I’ll be buying more of these, for my other children and my fellow moms! It would make a perfect baby shower gift!

MUCH smaller than pictured. I’m sure the size specifications are accurate, so it’s on me for not not checking before I ordered. Other than the image being deceiving, the item is really cute. Lights up a fair amount and the color change feature is neat. The lamp itself is blue, so take that into account w the colors. They all shine through the pale blue surface of the lamp.

Great little lamp/nightlight! Exactly what I was lookong for. Corded, so that's great because you don't have to mess with batteries, and the light shades are amazing! The red one is pefrect for your kid to sleep by, the darkest one. The only thing, and it really is not that big of a deal, the remote glitches sometimes. Other than that it is great :) So glad I bought it. Oh, and it is literally fallproof lol, the top is soft, so if it falls it won't break, I tested it, unintentionally😆 UPDATE: After about 3 months it jist stopped working☹️ so sad. Possibly because it was accidentally dropped a few times. Also, VERY weirdly, it started emitting a very odd almost rotten egg smell😨 (not as strong as an actual egg, but that's the only thing I can compare it to) at first could not figure out where it was coming from, untill I noticed it was coming from the lamp. So in conclusion, I think you must be very careful not to drop it, put it on a sturdy platform, and it hopefully it will great and last for you. I don't blame the lamp, I think the lamp was still great, so sad it stopped working, but like I said, possibly our own fault.

Love. The hubs goes to bed earlier than I do, so I come in tripping and making a ton of noise, knocking things off of my nightstand. Got this great little night light. Comes with 2 remotes - one for me and one for the hubs! He turns in on for me before I come to bed. I keep it on until I’m done with reading phone or watching iPad (I don’t sleep so well). I like that I have the little remote. So, when I’m comfortable and almost asleep, I don’t have to completely move to reach the night light to turn it off. (I keep it on the far side of my nightstand, since I have lots of other things on the nightstand in the prime location closest to me!) Love that there are lots of colors for different moods. Just a fun thing to have! Great for adults who are big kids!!
