    • Good tool on the cheap.
Pretty decent angle grinder. I like to test these grinders with the ultimate testing bit - the spherical burr bit. This bit is huge and it's a medieval-looking thing that has little spikey things coming out of it in all directions. The point of the bit is to burrow little (or big) divets into your work piece. The problem with the bit is that it's heavy and they're rarely perfectly balanced. You can destroy a grinder and burn out the motor with these things. Anyway, I attached it to this grinder and it seemed to handle it pretty well. It was wobbly as all get out at first, but then it smoothed out all of a sudden and handled it great. Maybe I just got lucky with this grinder, but I say it passed the test. If it can handle this bit, it can handle just about anything. Good tool on the cheap. ... show more

Cut a couple 55 gallon metal drums in half with this thing. After getting cutting wheel installed it cut great. Needed to cut a couple 55 gallon drums in half for burn barrels and this little grinder worked like a champ. It's corded so it's got a little more kick to it. With cutoff wheel this little thing whipped thru metal drums with ease, Took all of about 15 minutes after getting them situated to where they'd work the best. ... show more

Nice grinder kit. Includes everything to get you started. Feels like the motor is very capable for cutting steel or using for grinding off paint and rust.

This small angle grinder packs some punch! Being wired, you get a bit more oomph out of it. It came with 4 cutting wheels and a grinding wheel. Excellent value at $39.99+tax!
