This is the first tablet i've owned and i love it! I mainly use it for gaming with google play games. that's why i wanted this one, because not all tablets are compatible with google play. signing into my google account, i was able to transfer my phone apps to the tablet which was helpful. then i could uninstall any from the tablet that i didn't need. the screen size is NICE. no problems with speed lagging. always smooth performance, especially with gaming. it does use battery but it's fast charging with a type C charger. i do recommend getting a case/holder for it. it works like a dream, i couldn't be happier. it's a great deal for the price.

I wanted a tablet I could travel with. This one is lightweight with an Android operating system so that I can go to Google Play and download the same apps I use on my cell. I can continue to watch my favorite shows and movies when I am not at home. I recently expanded my storage with a micro SD card and was able to download and store several shows to take on a cruise to watch offline. I also carry it to conferences and meetings to join Zoom meetings. Other than video, I can access my cloud drive and work on documents and spreadsheets as if I were home working from my laptop. It is slim and light and I am able to slide it into my portfolio next to my note pad. This is the device for a professional on the go.

This tablet is fast, has a nice screen , and is inexpensive so why only three stars?Well I dont know what the proprietary ai thing is, and since its a overseas company it makes me nervous that they will have access to my info from google. Speaking of google, I get a load of notifications, but I am not sure if that is google or the tablet, but it didnt happen on the firetablet. I think its a good buy for the cost.

Update: The company reached out to me and apologized for the defective battery. Even though it's outside the return window, they've offered a full refund and to send a prepaid shipping label so they can inspect the unit. I plan on purchasing the tablet again and giving it a second try. Hopefully, I have better luck with the new unit. Excellent customer service, though. I would really like this tablet if it had a better battery. Its buttons have a good feel, the interface is easy to use, etc. But I got it to do something very simple: be able to read PDFs for class. I don't use it for games, surfing the internet, streaming, etc. I got it so I could read PDFs on something bigger than my phone without having to print them out. And since I usually read at night in bed, I have the brightness on low, and the wifi and Bluetooth off. But even with all that, I can read for twenty minutes and watch the battery drop 10%. If I leave it fully charged and don't use it for a few days, the battery is completely drained having just sat there unused (again, with wifi and Bluetooth disabled). I've had it less than two months, and it's been like this since I got it at the end of January. I'll keep using it and just plan on charging it frequently. But it's too bad the battery is so bad. Otherwise, I would have rated this tablet highly.
