I'm loving this tablet, I have had it about 6 weeks now. I had a glitch (operator error) and I needed customer service for assistance. They were very responsive and eager to assist me. Once the issue cleared I went about setting it up. I purchased this for business use when I travel rather than lugging my lap top around. I upgraded the memory, added sim card, the tablet works great on the T-Mobile network. Downloaded the applications I needed and it's ready to roll. Easy to use, battery life is great. I bought a case for travel purposes and also a keyboard and mouse. The installation was a breeze and both work great. Great price and fabulous product. Lots of bang for the small price with this tablet. I highly recommend!

So far it seems that this tablet is a great value for the price. It's quite speedy, and it's great for watching videos, playing games, and browsing the Internet. I really like the sd card expansion slot for additional storage. I've just ordered a nice case for the tablet as well from Amazon. I'm hoping that Meize will at least keep the operating system updated with the latest security updates.

My Galaxy Fold 4 started not working properly and had been gone for good after 18 months of nice time. Fixing the problem costs me almost $500.00. I decided not to fix it, but to use my old Galaxy S9. Because I was spoiled with a big screen, I decided to use an alternative option with a low budget. I'm using S9 as a dedicated phone line, and using this tablet for Internet searches and other apps that I need. I know this is not an AMOLED screen, but just LCD. It's ok to me now. I can wait next two years hopefully the manufacturers make more reliable foldable phones. Just think that you're getting a big LCD phone. My Google Fi sim works fine. There is no issues on wifi, data, calls, and texts. IT'S A BIG LCD SMART PHONE with a fraction of the cost.

Overall, tablet works well. I wasn't sure how much I'd use the tablet, so I didn't want to invest much. This is a great alternative to more expensive tablets. I was able to insert a data only sim from Google FI and it works great meaning if no WiFi is available, I can still connect without having to use my phone as a hot spot.

The tablet doesn't work on my network didn't get any service started a refund it says must wait 30 days for a refund after receiving product and could take another 7 days for your bank so beware about buying this product and you have issues
