I installed this 9.7” Android 14 unit in a 2021 Jeep Wrangler JL, and it feels like something that should have come factory in a higher trim. The vertical-style QLED screen gives the dash a modern, almost tablet-style look without feeling out of place. The display is sharp and bright. Colors really pop on the QLED panel, and maps look crisp and easy to read. The 9.7” size fills the center stack nicely without overwhelming the interior. Touch response is quick, and the 8-core processor with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage keeps everything moving smoothly. Wireless CarPlay connected fast and reconnects automatically when the Jeep starts. Navigation, calls, podcasts, and music all work like they should. Having both wireless and wired options is helpful depending on how you prefer to run your setup. Voice commands through Siri or Google Assistant make it easy to stay focused on the road. The 32-band EQ is one of the standout features. If you care about audio tuning, this gives you serious control. You can really fine-tune the sound from low bass all the way up through the highs. After a little adjusting, the system sounded clean and balanced through the factory speakers. It also supports saving and importing custom EQ settings, which is a nice touch. Bluetooth 5.4 pairing was quick, and call clarity has been solid. Steering wheel controls integrate properly, so you can adjust volume or change tracks without taking your hands off the wheel. Fitment is designed specifically for Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator models from 2018–2023, and the overall look once installed feels integrated rather than aftermarket. Overall, this is a strong upgrade if you want a bigger, sharper screen, smooth Android performance, and serious sound tuning options in your JL or Gladiator.     • Works very nicely. Huge upgrade!!
Good overall screen quality. Not quite as smooth or as ultra-responsive as Tesla Infotainment, but a good option for a retrofit. I can read the display easily while I am driving. I really like the wireless CarPlay. It connects to the car automatically every time I start it, which is great! Having my maps in front of me makes driving much easier and more enjoyable. I’m also glad that I still have steering wheel controls. Having controls at my fingertips without taking my hands off the steering wheel keeps it safe and convenient. There are many sound adjustment features available, but to me, they all sound pretty much the same; however, at least there is the ability to customize your sound according to your taste. Not sure if it has an effect, but at least it's there. Overall, the unit has been reliable, functions as it should, and is a nice upgrade for the vehicle. Very happy!!
