I bought this tablet for my husband and I to watch on our deck. The very first thing I noticed about this tablet is the quality of videos, etc is AWFUL! I was playing around with it & also noticed that it will not rotate the screen either. It runs very slow! I’m definitely returning it. Unfortunately I didn’t see all of the reviews until after I bought it & it seems all of these devices have the same issues. I don’t know how Amazon gets away with selling garbage. I liked it because the screen is big and the price was low. Now I see why. You’re wasting your money if you purchase this! I’d much rather prefer a smaller screen kindle than this poor tablet. My surface died just as I was studying boards. I wanted a tablet to be able to watch lectures on public transportation. This tablet was budget friendly and works great for watching my downloaded videos and doing question banks online. Great cheap resource for studying on the go.

This device doesn't support 64 bit, it's using an older arm32 bit CPU which means in the coming days a lot of apps simply won't work on it, or only older versions will. As was the case with the app I got this for. It got an update and dropped 32 bit support... The battery also runs out quicker than it claims. You won't be watching much on amazon prime without plugging it in. Worst of all, the wifi connectivity is trash. Don't buy this. It constantly loses connection and gets poor speed when connected while other wireless devices in the same room have no problem. ... show more

Both units kept crashing when loading app store. One unit finally did after a few tries it said it was loading an update and seems to be fine since. The second in more than 5 times the amount of times and so many attempts to open the app store still doesn't open it. Tablet is useless in this state so will most likely return. ... show more
