just got this and installed very easily. I did run into a issue where it was not powering on and it didn't power on with OEM radio either. Like a silly goose I didn't check the fuse (fuse 19) that that was it 100%. and it works like a charm wireless android auto, works with factory camera, and even has AC controls which was unexpected but nice! It plug and play as advertised. No need to have tech knowledge to be able to install it's pretty straight forward. I did have a question about the system and the seller was very responsive. Definitely worth the money compared to the other more expensive units.

I've had this Apple CarPlay system for over a month now, and I’m thrilled with how well it works! The installation was a breeze—thanks to a comprehensive YouTube video that walked me through every step and wire. So far, I’ve had zero technical issues. The system has enhanced my driving experience in several ways: my backup camera now displays a larger view, I can watch Amazon Prime shows and YouTube videos while parked, and even my speakers sound a bit better. The only drawback is that it doesn’t come with a built-in navigation system. It does feature Google Maps, but it requires an internet connection to function, which seems unnecessary since I could use my phone’s navigation with Apple CarPlay. It’s a minor inconvenience but not a dealbreaker. Additionally, the microphone for phone calls is quite low and muffled, so I often have to use my phone’s speaker or connect my AirPods. Despite these minor issues, I definitely feel I got my money’s worth and am very satisfied with the system overall! ... show more

Instalado ya hace unos meses, sobrevieron a invierno y sol, aun en buen estado y despues de casi un año aún recibe actualizacion, el conector para camara de reversa puede ser un poco de baja calidad comparada a la original pero no es un problema funciona muy bien.

Bought this my my son's Honda . First off I'm not sure they sent us the right product. We didn't get the android 13 version, but that's not the issue. It would have been fine if it worked. Followed the instructions and watched videos on the install. Everything worked except the wireless car play. and also the navigation. It would not recognize or link to BT on his phone. The wired car play did work. The primary reason i bought this was for the wireless carplay. Now for the customer service. I not sure what issues other were having that got such great customer service. The responses were slow and i had to repeat the problem every time i sent a message because they were not addressing the issue or they just asked for pictures or more pictures. The only time the responses were quick is when told them i was going to return the unit and again they asked what was the issue. DONT buy this unit. There are differences in companies and this one is on the low end in my opinion. Go with the extra cash and buy the Dasaita. This is superior product worked great in my RAV 4 and it working flawlessly in his Honda. The packages and product were night and day compared to this unit. Good luck to you all. ... show more

So I bought this for my 2020 Civic EX Hatchback. Was relatively easy to install, but I still had a professional do it. The screen size and all that is super clean compared to the OEM unit. Sound quality was definitely better as well. Wireless Carplay was for the most part pretty fast to connect and worked well too! But that's about where it ends. The clock would NOT stay set to the time and date I had it set to. Seemingly reset every time I turned the car off/on. It even changed in the middle of driving it too! While it has an option to change the temperature settings between C and F, it will only show it in C - period. Radio was absolutely garbage unless I kept the unit hanging out by the wires and held the antenna. The desktop customizations were an absolute joke. Instructions programmed into the unit don't seem to be for the unit. It stated you could add/change widgets on the screen, yet there was absolutely no option to actually do it. Programming the steering wheel controls was another thing it led you to believe you could do, but wasn't possible to do. All honesty, if it wasn't for the clock resetting itself and it actually displaying F instead of C like it should've, I probably would've kept it. Seller was pretty responsive with trying to help, but I don't have the patience to continue dealing with something that's obviously garbage. I wouldn't recommend this unless you just want the larger screen and don't care about pretty much any and everything else working properly. Considering whether or not I wanna deal with the unit that seems to be most recommended for my generation of Civic. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I do like the radio, audio does lag behind and the Wi-Fi on it keeps turning itself off beside that it’s better than the stock radio
