I shoot models indoor, unfortunately this did not provide enough light, not even close. I had to raise the ISO to 800 and was still unable to use a speed over 60. Handheld were impossible, had to use tripod. Tripods are flimpsy, too light, the overhead light tips easily, this would not be a big issue and I'd keep them if the lights were good, but they are not, totally useless.

The value is unbeatable! Just one light gives off anough power! Love how it's also adjustable to cool or warm and you can decrease the output as well. Amazing results! Highly recommend for product or portrait photography. The picture is just from one light - before and after! Located about 5 feet away from the end of the couch.

I bought these to use with my podcast. Unfortunately I waited too long to use them (I was waiting to get my podcast studio set up). Now it's too late to return them for a refund. This is a piece of junk and no one should buy it. Hopefully the sellers will read my comment and refund my money, because the product is absolutely a piece of junk.
