I shoot models indoor, unfortunately this did not provide enough light, not even close. I had to raise the ISO to 800 and was still unable to use a speed over 60. Handheld were impossible, had to use tripod. Tripods are flimpsy, too light, the overhead light tips easily, this would not be a big issue and I'd keep them if the lights were good, but they are not, totally useless. ... show more

I bought these to use with my podcast. Unfortunately I waited too long to use them (I was waiting to get my podcast studio set up). Now it's too late to return them for a refund.
