This product works well and used it before. But I did relieve the package in good condition from Amazon but the actual product itself was damaged. The product came bent.

    • Replacements are not as good as the original
I bought two replacements with in two months. On the first one the foil bent and got stuck under the clips causing it to snag on the skin. On both of them, I need to open the head, empty it at least once. It gets clogged and stops shaving. Never had this problem with the original head.

    • Blades didn't last long
I didn't like that after using it a couple of times the blade wasn't smoothing anymore. Everything I used it after those few times I as if it cut my head. Yes I cleaned it properly, brushing off the blades, and applying Andis Cool Care. I felt that my previous blades lasted longer.

I wouldn’t recommend using this if your black because it does nothing at all with my curly hair. Plus it will absolutely shred your balls. But it’s not a bad product
