*review update, took the bike to a repair shop and they said it’s very dangerous because breaks stop at the front and not the back and can cause you to flip over. This was exactly a few hours after I flipped over in the bike due to a flat tire. I am paying to get this fixed now! Seller needs to fix this to avoid further injuries to other people! Such a good bike! I’ve had it for a month I’ve gone 12 miles on it with one battery charge. (1hr20mins) I get questions and compliments everywhere I go. Very easy to use, runs great, charges fast, only 4 hours. App doesn’t work but I use a cycle app to keep track of MPH! I’ve saved so much money on Ubers, easy to go places locally, good breaks, no complaints at all! Hope it last forever!! Wish I got this long ago ... show more

    • Problem but corrected
I was disappointed when I received the scooter because it wouldn’t charge. The company sent me a new battery which was easy to install and the scooter works great. This is a fast scooter so someone should be an experienced rider I think it may be 2 fast for kids. The seat was uncomfortable for me so I changed it to a wider more cushioned seat and i added a basket and it’s perfect now. Just know it’s difficult to return if you choose not to keep it because you have to pay return shipping to China but there is a year warranty and the company is receptive to help with any problems and will send replacement parts. ... show more

Had to order it twice because the first time got lost from UPS, then The bike overall was really good for 3 months until the battery life kept lasting shorter and shorter until I stopped using it and had to get a better e-bike as a main source of transportation until I can get a car.

I have this same scooter bought in 2016 with over 20000 miles on it. It's a 5 star unit, however my new one issupposed to have a Bluetooth board, mine was shipped without one. No luck from the seller.
