The Bike was Delivered a day early and assembly was a breeze. I charged the battery and tested everything out and I was so impressed with this bike. For the price this bike goes above and beyond such a smooth and fun ride. The power is there the sleek appearance makes it so cool too. This is an early review 8 have had the bike for three days but I've already put about 45 miles on it. This product is exactly as advertised. The only thing I don't like very much are the brakes you will need to adjust them but even after that the stopping power isn't the greatest so just remember that part and judge stopping distance accordingly. I will be upgrading the brakes eventually. I absolutely love this bike and I'm very excited for nicer weather now

I was very excited to receive the ebike. However... after using it for less then 1 hour the bike tire blew out. By the time I brought it to a bike shop and had the tire changed out, I discovered the entire back wheel had a significant wobble. Unfortunately the back wheel has the motor, so its not exactly an easy replacement. Because of this I decided to return the bike, but shipping a bike isnt exactly cheap. I was promised by amazon I would be fully refunded for the shipping cost, well... that was a lie! I received my original payment back once the bike was returned BUT the money I paid for the shipping will not be credited back, as well as the money I paid for tire replacement (which the seller said they would pay for) is also never credited back. I basically lost as much money as the bike is worth! AND let me just briefly mention the quality of the bike. It's very cheaply made. The seat if uncomfortable, the frame is easily scratched and damaged, the wheels are easily bent and will have a wobble, the battery life is weak. Stay away from buying this!

Overall the bike came in great condition did not see any scratches or dings. It was well packaged for the abuse the mail system puts things through. Assembly was pretty easy. The hardest part is Adjusting the disc breaks so there is no rubbing. Deffiently need an extra set of hands for the handle bars and the disc breaks. Other then that you can do it by yourself for about 90% of it. Charging of the battery was fast, The charging block is a little large so if you are planning on carrying it around make sure you have a back pack to put it in or get your bike some saddle/side bags. It was suppose to come with a free bike lock, and the instructions said it was suppose to have a tool bag. It did not have either of these two items. The tool bag not really an upset there, the bike lock was a disappointment. This is what really knocked the overall rating down. But for the price its really hard to beat. ~*~*~ UPDATE ~*~*~ Ancheer sent the missing items after reading the review. Review updated to 4 stars.

Purchased this bike as a late birthday gift for my son. He has two other (manual) bicycles that kept breaking down. Well, not any more! He LOVES his new bike! Says it takes some getting used to, but he's been riding it every day, getting better acquainted with it... how to get up to maximum speed, how the brakes & gears work, how long & far a charged battery lasts. He says it's all great! The only two things that could be better, he says, is the seat (wider) and the handle bars can't be raised. But that's truly fine. The height of this bike; the tires...all great for 6'2" person. I also purchased a personalized pouch for his phone, keys, wallet, etc... Great value! It suits him just fine. Thank you.

I am 270 pounds, 6ft7. I couldn’t afford to go into the 29” e bike range at $1000+. I got a handle bar riser and a new bike seat. the seat post goes high enough I am comfortable. I can ride it up pretty large hills with no pedal assist. It is strong. Being on the heavier side. I can get around 10 miles of almost only throttle. With pedal assist as I get stronger I’m sure I will start to push well into the 20 mile range. You can’t beat this bike for the cost.

The bike is great but the lock which was delivered separtely smelled of gasoline. I have tired washing it and leaving it out to 'degauss' but it still stinks. Anyway - great bike - lot's of fun. My only other comment/complaint - is that they changed the 'data screen' on my bike from the previous generation.They made it smaller and hard to read. Weird their would do that. I knowthis because my riding buddy has the same bike but he bought it several months before me.

Item arrived DOA, support is excruciatingly slow. By the time it is (hopefully) resolved, 3 months will have passed. Just as riding season will end. UPDATE 11/22/24 This has been extremely frustrating. It has been 5 months with no resolution. I still have an unusable bike, and I no longer get replies from support. Even when support did respond, they sent me in circles and jumping through hoops. I have wasted SO MUCH TIME on this in addition to the cost of the bike. Buy a different brand! UPDATE 12/12/24 After having to replace every component myself, I finally convinced them that this thing was a lemon. They refunded the price of the bike + tax ($370.25) but NOT the $190 shipping charges. It only took 5 months of back and forth and a threat of legal action to receive a partial refund. Worst buying experience I've had in a long time.
