Wasn't sure what to expect when I purchased this bike at such an inexpensive price. But it arrived quickly, with no damage, was easy to assemble and it looks great. PROS - Came exactly as advertised - Motor has worked very well so far and I've had no issues - Battery is powerful enough that I have yet to run out while on a ride even when I forgot to charge it - The bike looks great - The minor assembly was easy and didn't require any special knowledge or tools - Gears are well tuned out of the box and I haven't needed to adjust them at all - Breaks work well and only needed slight adjustments, but less than I expected them to need CONS - The bike is pretty heavy. Without the motor your legs will get a serious workout - The seat that comes with it is pretty uncomfortable. That is the only think I've replaced on the bike. - I'm not fond of the battery placement (front of handle bars). It's in the way a bit for other accessories I might want and if I'm not careful it could hit the light/horn which sits directly under it. Not a major issue as long as I'm careful. Overall... and excellent value for the price. If your looking for an inexpensive way to start what can be a fairly expensive activity/hobby... this is a good way to go. I have and will continue to recommend this to my friends and family.

Great bike, for riding around the neighborhood trails battery last about a week. Wife loves it and enjoys riding all over with it. Basket is a great feature for her stuff while we go on hours of rides. Highly recommend.

This bike was fairly easy to assemble, but if you don't have some mechanical knowledge, pay to have it put together because the instructions are minimal. I bought this expecting it to be able to get up the hill leading to my condo, after reading other reviews from people from Seattle, but am sure the reports were false. This dies going up my hill, just not enough torque, it is a fairly steep hill. I tried the pedal assist and also just the motor by itself and, no go. It is great on mild hills and general ups and downs, but not for steep hills. I use the electric motor to help me get up the hill while walking beside it, and this helps. I haven't run the battery out yet, good battery life. For the money it's a great bike, but don't expect it to get you up steep hills! I had to build a ramp to lay on my stairs, as it is much to heavy to lift and carry.

Don’t waste your money. I received a bike that is impossible to paddle and turn at the same time, you cannot turn the front wheel because it touches your toes, it is a joke. I would like to see a video of someone riding this bike and making a turn while paddling. Trying to contact them, ZERO RESPONSE! Costumer service is thru Facebook messenger?!? Anyway is no answer after a week trying.

The bike is great. I like it, and any complaints I might have would likely be true of any bike that I've ever ridden. My only real complaint is the seat is uncomfortable after about 20 minutes. I bought a second seaat but didn't check how it needed to be attached. Look closely at any replacement seat to ensure it will attach to the seat stem (is that the term?). Despite the seat issue, I am very pleased with the purchase. One other thing that is good to know is that I am 6'4" and weigh 275 pounds, and the bike fits me comfortably. I say that to emphasize that it is sturdily built, and it can handle my weight without strain - I am sure it would go faster if I lost weight! Since they asked about the battery life, I will say that it takes me great distances on a single charge. I am primarily pedaling without assist, but I ask for a boost on occasion, to get me up a hill, etc. That boost is on demand if you leave it in full electric mode because the boost is received via a twist of the throttle. What else can I say. I am pleased with the bike. And the price was right!

CONS: Pedals: Feel very cheap, standing up and pedaling feels scary- so you will have to replace them immediately as I did. It has been only a couple of days and the pedal bar is stripped, I now have to replace those. Seat is not comfortable, you will need to replace that. Battery life on electric motor is not good and unreliable for anything except a few hours of fun. Therefore you are buying a very expensive mountain bike. The chain has shredded the plastic that protects it several times and I've had to stop- flip the bike over and exhaustingly pull it out from being lodged within it's own parts that are supposed to be harmoniously working together. Brakes are so squeaky from the very beginning on both wheels and not strong at all. I constantly have to retighten and secure the handle bar mechanism... no matter how tight I make it. PROs The motor is strong, so the extra boost is nice when you need it Very sexy bike Handle bar gear switches are so easy to change Foldable mechanism works perfect. Overall I wish this bike would have been around the 500-550 price range. It's only been a few days and so many things went wrong. I would have rather spent my money on a nicer road bike with more quality parts. With that being said I recommend it with caution in mind that some parts are cheap and it's a bit overpriced.
