My first Ancheer bike was stolen. I feel the bike is a good deal for the price, plus I had already bought an extra battery for it so that encouraged me top get the same bike again. 10 Amp battery is not great , I'm not sure how far it'll go on a charge, but it starts at 5 Bars, after 12 miles it was down to 2 bars. That may be a problem. The bike arrived a few days early. The box was pretty much smushed. Somebody tried to repair the box damage with package tape. I assume this was FedX but IDK However the bike was fine. I changed the tires to 2.35" X 27.5", the seat, the pedals raised the handlebars and personalized it like I like. None of that is really necessary tho. The seller was great, no problems, but, even tho the bike was not damaged, I hope the seller didnt send that crushed up box. Probably, FedX ... show more

22 miles first ride. Battery was completely dead. Now I am a heavy throttle user, but 22 miles instead of 60? Not thrilled about the lack of range.

I bought this bike because it was recommended by Consumer Reports. The assembly instructions are not very good. They leave out some of the steps. I recommend watching the assembly video on their website. I had to disassemble part of it and reassemble after watching the video but it wasn’t terribly difficult to put together. The bike itself rides nice and is easy to operate. A good product for the price. ... show more

    • Bike Issues - anyone with the same issues?
I have contacted the vendor about these issues: 1) Pedal assist 1 - after just pedaling once, the motor engages and kicks up to about 14-16kmph. My wife almost fell. 2) Pedal assist 5 - after pedaling just one, same, motor engages and kicks up to 1-23 kmph. It just makes for not using pedal assist at all. 3) The fork on this bike, just riding it at the park and just putting some pressure you will hear these thumping sounds. The fork is not doing anything at all. Don't feel safe. I have am still waiting for the vendor to respond to my questions. Anyone with the same issues? ... show more
