I bought this bike because it was recommended by Consumer Reports. The assembly instructions are not very good. They leave out some of the steps. I recommend watching the assembly video on their website. I had to disassemble part of it and reassemble after watching the video but it wasn’t terribly difficult to put together. My first Ancheer bike was stolen. I feel the bike is a good deal for the price, plus I had already bought an extra battery for it so that encouraged me top get the same bike again. 10 Amp battery is not great , I'm not sure how far it'll go on a charge, but it starts at 5 Bars, after 12 miles it was down to 2 bars. That may be a problem. The bike arrived a few days early. The box was pretty much smushed. Somebody tried to repair the box damage with package tape. I assume this was FedX but IDK However the bike was fine. I changed the tires to 2.35" X 27.5", the seat, the pedals raised the handlebars and personalized it like I like. None of that is really necessary tho. The seller was great, no problems, but, even tho the bike was not damaged, I hope the seller didnt send that crushed up box. Probably, FedX ... show more

This has been a great bike for the cost. It has good soles and battery life. It’s light weight compared to other e-bikes out there. I replaced the seat with something more comfortable, and put some better pedals on, but overall I am very satisfied with the it a year later.

We bought two e-bikes and LOVE THEM!!! We are like two teenagers riding the bikes twice a day! The bike rides very smoothly and comfortably…like a beach bike! We often peddle to gain additional speed and battery life, but most of all for exercise!! We highly recommend this bike!

Good ride for entry level to the ebike trend. Ordered a carrier with it, handy to have.. I did go to a local bike shop and bought a fender kit. And also a handlebar rise, makes it easier to sit upright.. Be sure to keep the battery charged, if its getting a little low it will drop off suddenly and you're stuck pedaling it. Kinda heavy to pedal for awhile. Haven't taken it for 20 miles at one shot yet so I can't really tell how good the range is for one trip. ... show more

Believe it or not this bike weighs 80 lbs. Absolutely nuts how bulky this thing is. Good luck moving it around and - worst - with it falling on top of you or others. Massive safety risk.
