We purchased 3 of these eBikes for family fun! They do NOT disappoint. One of the eBikes had a deflated tire within a mile of riding. We notified the company/Ancheer directly and they we very responsive throughout the process. They first helped us with trying to figure out a solution ourselves and with no success, offered to reimburse us to take it to a local bike shop, in which they replaced the tire/tube. Again, the tire deflated within a mile of riding it. Ancheer offered a full refund plus the service we had done, but we requested a replacement instead because we LOVE the other 2 eBikes and really wanted the third. Without hesitation they agreed. The eBikes are sooooooooooo much fun. My 16yr old son and I (48yrs) take the eBikes out for a spin at least 4x a week. They are compact and the seat is adjustable to fit the comfort of your height. They can go for miles.....there is a digital meter to gage the battery life while riding. On one of the bikes we have installed a detachable puppy basket, and our Pomchi LOVES her bike rides. If you work locally and are eco-friendly, I recommend this eBike because you do not have to pedal to get to work which means you don't sweat and have that sticky feeling when you get there. You can also bypass any traffic. My boys (16 & 23) rode the bikes to downtown #AnnapolisMD (1.5 away), back and inbetween.....with no issues. To help extend the battery life, you can pedal, which will help boost power into pedaling. I recommend this eBike for older children and adults. Acheer did it right when making these eBikes. Although we had issues with one of the eBikes, the quality and fun of the other 2 eBikes and the customer service is why we recommend them. Incase you are wondering, to avoid having to ship the eBike back for the replacement, we just had to cut the motor line on the bike and show proof of doing do. I am so happy that I do not have to figure out how to ship a heavy bike to them!!!! I rather dispose of the eBike than to ship it back. Now, go order your Acheer eBike.

Terrible product. We bought one last Oct 2024. After 1 month of use the back wheel stopped working. As soon as you trun the electirc power on and turn the handle to go forward the power cable connection from the battery to the back wheel would disconnect immediately. Again this happend 1 month into the purchase. Contacted Amazon and they washed their hands clean saying you're out of warranty. They referred me to the manufacturer in China who admitted there was a defect with the back wheel assembly. They said it was on back order and they would send me a new back wheel assembly to replace it. That was before Christmas 2024! Nothing happened until Feb. No feedback and no back wheel. I asked for a refund 2 weeks ago and all of a sudden the rear wheel showed up on my doorstep. They emailed me instructions on how to replace the back wheel. Not only I had to spend money to buy the product but then I had to spend time to fix it months later. Shame on Amazon for not taking any responsibility and shame on the manufacturer for selling defective product. I would not waste my money on this bike! Find something else that is better quality.

The price point on these finally came down to something I could afford as a toy. It also folds up which is a great benefit. What sets this apart from others is how easy it was to put together. I was just going to take it out of the box the night I got it, but I quickly realized I could put it together in about an hour, and that included unpacking. I was out test-driving it at 10 pm at night. It has some power and gets going fast. I saw in the reviews that the little wheels present some restraint when driving, and I agree with that. You need to be careful, and the 22 mph speed is probably all you need with those size wheels. Very happy with this purchase. I'm not sure if I need the more expensive, bigger e-bikes now. This is giving me a good first step into this new world of fun. Also, the exercise part is doable but not ideal. It is not very comfortable to peddle for very long.

Update..A now Satisfied customer....As of June 8th or so i recieved the correct controller for the bike. I had it installed and am happy to say it works now.The bike itself looks great and has a very sturdy design. My son was overjoyed when I took it to him at his mom's and surprised him. The bike moves at a great pace and appears to be very stable. The horn and bike bell are great foe getting peoples attention and the headlamp is fairly bright for an early evening ride. Breaks work great and the suspension, according to my son, gives a smooth ride. All and all even after the long ordeal with getting the parts, I'd have to say this Ebike is worth the money. According to the repair guy many if not all of the Ebikes get the Error 10 code, so with that information now I'd say don't worry and make the purchase. Id also like to say that the person fromvthe company kept in contact wirh me pretty much the whole time, so i never felt like they were being unhelpful or hanging me out to dry. The bike itself is 4 🌟 stars, but the length of time on repair gets a 3. Previously:::The issue thus far is that I got it for my sons bday 3/19 and it didn't work out of the box with a error code E10. Since then I've been back and forth with the merchant trying to get parts to repair it. I got one part (controller) they said needed replaced, but then they sent me the wrond lcd meter to replace with it. It's now May 9 2024 and i've yet to get the other part and my son has never had a working product. If I ever get the parts to repair it and it works I will revisit this review, but i cant understand why it would take going on 2 months now to get a part even if its coming from China. Thus far This has not been the best experience and very disappointing birthday for my son.

This little bike is rugged and was super simple to “assemble” - if you even want to call it that. I chafed it up and put about 6 miles on it, crashed once and threw the bike over a sidewalk and bashed it into the pavement. A few scratches, and had to re-straighten the handlebars. The three modes work exactly as stated, and the “sport” mode goes just over 20mph. It had a twist hand grip throttle, like a motorcycle - but my favorite feature is that if you start pedaling - it will kick in an assist and get you up to speed. Seems like a good way to assist the bike for better batter when moving from a stop. The “small” wheels were a bit to get use to, it handles more like a scooter than a bike. So far, this thing is great and I’m likely going to grab a few more for my other older kids. One note though, I don’t think this is a toy. You could really get hurt if being irresponsible.

rode it yet but so far its a very nice looking bks and pedals work very good,Youll probably have to adjust your handle bar to how you like.But the bike its self is very good,another thing the batter is red when its not fully charge and Green when its fully charge so ill suggest you guys to pay attention to that.But besides all the bike is an great bike I haven’t rode it yet but i will forsure update you guys on how it rides.

Horrible service! They sold me a lemon that completely stopped working after about 3 months and they didn’t solve the problem. Was dealing with their customer service for a year. Could only communicate with them via messages through the amazon platform. It must have been a new person responding to me each time and they didn’t bother to look at the history and asked me to provide all the same information every time. After about a year someone responded to me saying they couldn’t help because it was past the warranty period not even realizing that the issue was reported almost a year ago and we had regular communications over that time. They just stopped responding. Should have posted this a long time ago.

You get what you pay for, I guess. The bike worked fine for several months; then, we got an E7 error code, the back wheel fished-tailed and my son flew off; he took a nasty fall. When I contacted the company, they sent me a bunch of videos to troubleshoot the problem and clear the code. It worked for about a block down the street, then we saw an E10 code, but then it changed back to E7. After dealing with the company sending videos and emails for weeks, I asked for a replacement bike, but they sent a rear wheel. I’m not a technician and I couldn’t find a shop that would repair the ebike. One business said they only repair ebikes sold at their store, 2-3 others said no and didn’t recognize the “brand”; I feel like they didn’t want the liability issues if my son went flying off the bike again due to an E7 error…I finally found a shop that said they’d take a look at it for $75, but then it would be at least another $150+ for the labor IF they can fix it. Luckily, my father-in-law was able to repair…it worked for about 3 rides, now it has the E7 code again. I’m done at this point and will have to take a loss. Based on the reviews here, it seems like some of these ebikes work fine and some have problems soon after purchasing (a game of roulette)…
