Seems like a high-quality device with plenty of useful features & functions, but: (1) Good luck finding out that the instruction manual is a downloadable PDF on their site (anceltech.com) (2) Similarly, good luck figuring out how to install updates (it's doable, but might be difficult for many users) (3) Its computer interfaces are micro USB & 2.0 ... they should be USB-C & 3.0 To be fair, none of that should necessarily keep you from purchasing an otherwise good product. ... show more

Works like a charm. I like the size of the display. Plugs in no problem. At first I was stuck trying to figure out where to go on the menu, but that was only a moment. The instructions are very sparse, but the on screen display info was sufficient to perform tasks. I hope I don't have to use this very often, but when it is needed I feel confident in its ability.
