This is perfect for the chicks to get a break from the brooder and enjoy some sunshine. They love running around in it and learning to fly. It is easy to set up and the doors are perfect for getting them and their food/water/treats in and out. The door on the end is big enough for us to crawl through to gather chicks when it's time to go back inside, which is very nice because they always run to the other side and we have to go in to get them! My Walker Coonhound likes watching them play in their tent. My only negative comments would be that the sides don't fit tight enough against the ground in some areas. If you are going to leave small chicks in it for a while, I would suggest small flat boards or something along the edges so they cannot push under it. Also, it was a little more expensive than I think it should be. The quality seems good though, and I think with care it will last many years. I saw several reviews that mentioned it is very hard or impossible to put back in the bag. I have not tried this yet, but I took lots of pictures taking it out in the hopes they will help me get it back in! We have been using it so much until the chicks are ready to go in their coop that we have just left it set up and we place it in the shed in between uses. ... show more

I used this for the first time today to let my baby chicks out for some fresh air and sunshine. It was everything I hoped it would be. Very easy to pop up and take down when we were through. I didn’t bother trying to get it back in the carrying case since we will be using it again soon, but I’m sure that might be a little more challenging. The media could not be loaded. I don’t know why people complain for idiotic things! They should learn how to read the description use of the item they intend on buying! This is not meant to be predator or weather proof. It is for temporary housing and animals must be supervised. I have 6 baby chicks that need to be quarantined. This pop up tent/coop has been a life saver! My chicks are absolutely loving it! NOPE, I am not getting paid by the seller or AMAZON! 😂 ... show more

I actually love this one compared to all the ones that are flat on the top. I’ve got them all for hospital coops and this One I kept 3 hens & a nesting box in it they had to be in it for 2 months . The size was great, EZ access to get the hens into & out of comfortable. I would totally Recommend this I have 2! ... show more

    • Great for travel, could use some better instructions.
We use this coop when we travel with our four ducks. It is a great size for them, they have the space to waddle around and flap their wings and do not seem overcrowded. It is definitely not preditor proof which is fine for us, but it is not a substitute for a permanent coop. The fact it is collapsible is great and helps with our travel. My only complaint is that upon opening the travel bag it essentially exploded open. The instructions are only for setting up and don't include breaking it down. It is very difficult to get back down to the original size. We have only been able to partially do it. Still can get it small enough for easy storage but cannot fit it back into the bag it came with. If they have instructions for how to fold it back down it would be perfect! ... show more
