The toilet is well-built and sleek looking. It fits real well in my bathroom, which is not very big. The biggest problem I had with the installation was that the wax ring provided with the toilet would not properly fit. It caused the toilet to sit up about a half inch off the floor. And the existing flange I have is bolted to the floor properly and only sticks up a quarter inch. I had to use a wax ring without a flange. Other than that the installation went smooth, and the toilet works excellent. I don’t like the two-sided remote because the buttons are very sensitive and holding the remote and working it from one side, causes false Commans on the other side of the remote. I’m sure I’ll get used to it. My friend has Toto toilets in his house and they cost five times as much. This was an affordable option for me, and I think it works better than the Toto toilets and looks better. I would buy this product again. And if I was selling someone a toilet for a bathroom remodel, this is what I would recommend. No real complaints here. Overall five stars although I wish the remote were one-sided.

We are renovating our bathroom, and a top priority was a smart toilet with bidet. For background, I have not used an all-in-one unit like this before, so this is my first. We installed the toilet last night, which was very straightforward. I haven’t used all of the features, but those that I have used have all worked just as expected. I find the sensitivity of the auto-open feature to be appropriate - I can walk to the sink without opening the toilet, for example. The heated seat is excellent, and the pre-wetting feature works well. The rear wash is excellent, especially with the very-easy-to-use remote. Our toilet paper usage will definitely plummet. The drying feature is also very nice. The toilet operates quietly and looks nice installed (as nice as a toilet can look, to me at least). If my first impressions change, I will update this review, but so far I am thrilled with the product. I found it difficult to decide which smart toilet to buy, as there are many in the same price range with relatively few reviews, but I am thrilled with this one so far. We will be renovating another bathroom soon and I am thinking we will buy the same thing again.

The Bidet works as expected. I did have an issue which was answered and resolved within 24 hours. Customer service is excellent. They answered my inquiry via email. I do recommend this Bidet.

Flushing isn’t strong enough to flush even a toilet paper. Contacted a customer service of Casta Diva. They suggested to take the toilet off, check pipes connection. Done it all and still not fixed. Tried to contact a seller, no luck. Advise: spend more $$ and buy a reputable quality product.

Whenever I go to the bathroom, I don’t use the toilet, but the sensor detects someone, The lid auto open . I don’t want it to do like this. How Can I turn off the sensor or reduce the sensing range?

We had this thing for like 2 weeks now at first during installation we have some issues, we called several times left messages but got no response to help us with the toilet issues. It wasn’t flushing had no toilet for days, called plumber several times spend $$$ to fix the toilet and help us to reset with the system since Casta Diva is no help at all…we cant return it its already installed and we have to pay plumber again to reset/install…Such a headache!!!still no respond from casta diva costumer service.

Installation is painful but it is worth it. Installation requires a perfect alignment on to the toilet flange because once you put down your toilet you can't readjust the position without damaging the wax ring. A damaged wax ring will cause leaks and sewer gas to seep into your house. I recommend buying the more modern wax ring replacement to make installation easier. There are those rubber type wax ring sold on Amazon. These rubber gaskets allows for you to adjust your toilet until it position perfectly. I bought the "Fluidmaster 7530P8 Universal Better Than Wax Toilet Seal, Wax-Free Toilet Bowl Gasket." I hope this helps.

I chose this bidet toilet before really educating myself enough, but took a shot when it just came out & had 0 reviews, mainly due to the silver plate with digital readouts & blackout backup. Now I've educated myself thoroughly & I can thank my lucky stars for picking this one, which gives you the most bang for your buck, lives up to all its features quite well, & is overall everything it's advertised to be. The only caveats I have are the remote buttons for the seat & lid are poorly placed (Very few are backlit at any price, fyi), stronger water pressure from the nozzle (I like a strong spray, which others have in different configurations, but this still does the job) & that's about it really. I strongly recommend reading the instructions, with everything you're not familiar with, as these bidets have a lot to them. You MUST realize that lids on all smart bidet's are lite plastic of top quality b/c they are lifted electronically, & lifting heavier seats just isn't practical as they would require a heavier, bigger & more powerful motor, which affects the units weight, electricity consumption & price. DO NOT DO THE "DON'TS"!!! If you lift the seat manually you WILL strip the mechanism, & with young children this is a "MUST NOT DO!" And don't sit on the closed lid-it will crack! THEY ALL WILL, at any price. So, imo & after thorough studying of smart bidet's, this one is as well-rounded & priced very fairly (1099.00 with 100.00 coupon when I purchased) & as good in every way as anything else in this category. The installer assured me the guts were of the highest quality, it has every feature the "Name" brands have, & for me it's a life-changer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
