Works surprisingly well. The comfortable handle allows you to vary the pressure and position. There are different heat and strength levels. I am happy with this purchase and it's a nice way to relax in the evening while watching a movie or a show.

The unit is pretty heavy on the neck. I might be a good idea to relocate the battries in the arm straps to balance the wieght. Overall it operates very well and the battiers last through many uses before needing to be recharged.
