We've had the blender for over a month and still love it! It does everything I need it to do. Makes smoothies in one minute. Crushes ice like it nothing. Kids are loving snow cones. A wee bit noisy, but, I'm not blending when everyone's in bed. I would say my only complaint is it won't fit under my cupboards.

Update: the replacement arrived quickly. Changed to 4 stars. Time will tell if the bearing design lasts. Pending update. Mfr replied to an email. (So avoid their chat on website and use email). They are to be sending a replacement base. It might just by an isolated bearing failure. They are designed to be sealed. I’m moving to 3 stars until outcome is known. But I will say once they engaged they have been responsive. Original review: So we got this two months ago. And use it every other week a few times. So maybe 10-12 uses. The motor seems powerful enough and it blends, but the smoothie base (we’ve never used the larger Blender jar/base) has a horrible design flaw. The bearings under the blades are not sealed. You can see in the pictures that they are completely rusted. It cant even turn with hand force anymore rusted and fine dust is blowing everywhere the last couple times used. And I suspect the motor is being strained towards a premature failure. The last pic you can see it says “do not immerse in water”. We saw that when we first got it and we haven’t. But you have to clean the blades to sanitize and that involves water. So even being diligent and making sure we don’t flood the underside or and never put it in the dishwasher enough moisture has gotten in there to cause bearing failure this soon. I’m waiting to see what support the manufacturer provides (I tried their websites support chat and gave up after 15 mins of no response. Not even automated) but as an honest review, with this design flaw I would have to give it 1 star and recommend you avoid.

The media could not be loaded. The blender overheats every single time. It cannot make a smoothie because it stops working halfway through. The blender works much better than the Ninja we had previously. It really blends everything into a smooth texture, which we like. It also comes with a macerator which is nice to push things in the blender when it’s stuck. And it comes with a shaker bottle and its own blade attachment. However, the quality is not the best. The base of the blender moved around while it’s blending, so you really have to watch it and make sure you’re nearby because it could fall off the counter. The other issue with quality that we’ve had is that the sticker on the left side of the base is of such poor quality that it doesn’t come off and leaves a horrible residue behind. I spent 20 minutes peeling the sticker residue and cleaning it off. Finally, the recipe book that comes with it, has incorrect information. For instance, the names of the recipe don’t match the ingredients listed, or they don’t match the steps listed, or they don’t match the picture for that recipe. If you don’t mind paying for less quality, I guess it’s alright.

This product was recommended by a family member who does a lot of research before any purchase. Let me say, this is an amazing, professional style blender. This is my first "intelligent" blender, and the 1800 Watt motor is powerful. The blender is amazingly effective with the 6 stainless steel blades! It has worked well on everything I've used it for so far. Also, the customer service is fast, reliable and helpful. I had a question and they sent me a helpful video the next day. When I had a follow-up question, they again responded within 24 hours. Having both the travel bottle with lid and large capacity blender jar is perfect. Their customer support is PREMIUM!
