The media could not be loaded. I took a chance on this frame because, when I purchased it, there were no reviews. It took longer than 30 minutes to put it together. The instructions aren't the greatest. I bought this for a queen-size memory foam mattress. My two complaints are that the mattress slides a little bit. They should have some type of material on the cross bars to keep the mattress in place. My other complaint is that one of my posts was bent. If I were a person who ordered this without any extra tools, I wouldn't have been able to assemble the bed. I used a pair of vice grips and bent it back. I shouldn't have to do that. The metal is pretty flimsy, so it bent back easily enough. I haven't slept on it yet. I'll give an update if I notice any significant problems with the mattress sliding. I'm happy enough with this bed frame, but I don't think it's anything special. Especially because it came with a piece that was not able to be assembled until I bent it into place. I'd probably buy something else with more reviews.

It's a great frame overall. Just make sure you double check that everything is there. We are missing two of the longer bolts but had 2 extra smaller ones left over. Yes I double checked that we had everything put together correctly. Also the manual says total time to put together was 30 mins and it's more like at least an hour. Would still definitely recommend this frame though.

Very happy once item arrived although it has a small dent in the top of the frame. Looks nice and is very sturdy. Giving it 4 starts due to the dent and because item was delayed.

I love the product, but the instructions suck. I am looking at all the pieces like ikea on steroids. I know once I figure it out I will be good, but better directions would be awesome. Otherwise, very sturdy and a great product!

The bed is manufactured incorrectly. The provided bolts do not correspond to threaded inserts in the places that the instructions direct. They just loosely sit in there. The option is to buy your own bolts or try to magically put the bed back into the original box. Waste of money.
