I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been so frustrating I feel obligated to warn others. I purchased an Amyet e-bike for my daughter, and it has been nothing but problems from the start. The bike stopped working, and despite troubleshooting everything on my end (battery, controller, wiring, etc.), it’s essentially a dead product. Completely unacceptable for something that’s supposed to be reliable transportation. What’s even worse is the complete lack of customer support. I’ve reached out multiple times regarding a refund or replacement options, and I’m getting nothing back—no response, no accountability, just silence. For a company selling products at this price point, that’s unacceptable. At this point, it feels like once they have your money, you’re on your own. I now have a non-working bike and no resolution in sight. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—look elsewhere. There are plenty of brands that actually stand behind their products and take care of their customers. This is not one of them.
