This couch is so nice. I was very surprised how well it turned out. It came in two boxes in the ivory covers. I changed the covers immediately before the cushions fully decompressed. I love the charcoal shade. It’s very pretty. The couch is so comfortable and looks expensive. It’s easy to move around. It says leave it alone for 72 hours before using it and I will say that each day it got bigger and more full. I also fluffed the pillows to help it fill out. So it was risky buying this couch, but it was so worth the risk it’s SO comfortable and so soft! It’s not firm at all. It’s exactly what I was looking for. I love that the chaise is easily movable and the whole couch is really lightweight, but it doesn’t feel like it when you’re laying on it. It’s very sturdy. It separates in three different pieces, but when I’m laying on the couch, it doesn’t easily move around which I was afraid of. I was able to take it out of the box on my own and move the couch around! You don’t have to put anything together. It just blew up on its own. I think I was supposed to wait to lay on it, but I literally laid on it that day and it’s fine. There’s no indent or anything. It’s so comfy! I sleep on the couch now more than my own bed. So the couch came in two different boxes on two different days and it came sooner than I expected. You can unzip the covers and wash them! The zipper is also hidden. I got the gray covers with it and it’s a pretty dark gray color. I love that I can put the gray covers on the couch while the white is being washed because I have pets. We love this couch. If you are looking for something reasonably priced and cozy, go for it! Also really cool that you can switch out the colors. It arrives in cream and we switched to the grey (does take a bit of work to get them switched, not gonna lie, but worth it! Their customer service is AMAZING too! One of our covers was damaged and customer service was beyond helpful in correcting the issue. I’m truly impressed. ... show more

I ordered this couch because it had pretty decent reviews. Unfortunately I don’t think it was worth the purchase. My couch is extremely hard, it never fluffed up and I’ve had it since May. It seems all of the cushions need quite a bit of additional stuffing, none of the cushions truly match up to the bottom pieces, and there’s large gaps where the cushions should be touching. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I honestly wish I had gone with the couch I originally wanted, even though it was more expensive. I tried to save money by choosing this one, but in the end, I don’t feel the quality or comfort justified the purchase. ... show more

Ok, so being super transparent and honest here, initially this couch was not as the picture portrayed it to be. in the pic it looks smooth and plump, but it’s definitely lumpy and deflated even after the 72 hours and i’ll have to add more stuffing to the cushions to make it look better. This also will be shipped in 2 different boxes on 2 different days, my first package with amazon prime was delivered on sunday, then the second the next day on monday. there are many cheaper options even here on amazon for the same quality couch, so if this is the kind of couch you’re looking for where it’s essentially a large bean bag by all means buy it girl. I live on the second floor, and i was able to lug both boxes up the stairs by myself and i am NOT the strongest lady of the land. so if you’re independent, and like to do things on your own this is girl approved, moveable and buildable. BUT it is boneless(absolutely no structure) like i said it’s just like a large bean bag couch. but save your coin and get a cheaper option, not this 600$ one. i added some pics to help you visualize it. ... show more

It’s so comfy!! It is a “boneless” couch and i’ve only had it a couple weeks but so far it’s been great! I have 14 pets and the white has held up really well. Fur doesn’t seem to stick to the couch too much and love that it’s completely washable!
