Have been looking for a patio set for a while and finally came across this set. The cushions are not thin but very thick, especially the back cushions which makes sitting on them very comfortable. The frames are very sturdy and the whole set was very easy to put together. It came in 5 boxes and the covers were included which is very helpful since I wanted the white ones which can get dirty with rain. Keeping the covers on will also protect the cushions but they did get some rain on them and they are very water resistant and it was easy to wipe them off. The table is a great size for people to put plates and drinks on. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Gave it 4 stars because instructions were poor. We thought we were missing 6 pieces, but they were inserted in the bars. Customer service responded quickly, but we figured the issue out - they didn’t. Sofa assembly took 1 person at least 3 hours, due to instructions. The chairs were much easier - about 30 minutes each. Table is larger than expected. The seat cushions are firm, so don’t be surprised when you first sit on them. You will need small lumbar pillows for the chairs & sofa. The covers fit perfectly - easy to put on & remove when needed, will definitely protect cushions during a rain storm. Living in New England, I wouldn’t keep the frames on the deck during winter- even covered. The set should be stored in a dry shed or cellar. Recommending, with caution about the instructions.

I liked the color, support and how lightweight it is . Easy for a women to move. Liked that it came with covers, which came to good use because we had it out in the rain. The cover kept the cushions dry. Fits great our 16 W by 9 ft deep patio.

I should have listened to the other reviews. The butt cushion of this chair is pretty thick but the back cushion is thin and not very tall so you can't sit back and get comfy in these chairs. The zip on fabric seems high quality and I like that it's washable.

Our new patio furniture is just perfect for us. My husband was able to assemble it without any difficulty. It is a bit firm to sit on, but I'm sure in time, it will begin to give. It looks amazing on the patio and the covers that came with it were handy for a small rain storm we had a couple of days ago. Love it!

After careful review of options I purchased two of the three-seat couches from seller. The first went together easy, no issues with bolts aligning, allen wrenches stripping or other milling concerns. I was excited for the second couch's assembly but step one was as far as I got, it was missing a key piece to hold sections together. I optimistically sent a message to the support email with all the fun details they'd need, and got a "canned" response the following day asking for the same info. I replied with it once more, and waiting for a response. And waited... aaaand waited. Sent a new message with ALL the same info to get the one missing piece and am still waiting for anything back from any of my emails. Three business days in, and they have yet to reply with resolution. I'm disappointed because other reviews touted the responsiveness of customer support. I will give it one star for the joy my cat is taking in prowling around the pieces as it takes up my living room floor waiting forlornly for one bracket that cannot be bought off the shelf from my home improvement warehouse. *sigh*
