Love it so nice once your finished. It took me 9 hours alone total in 2 days. Not too hard just got read good everything and good impact driver with batteries. There's lots of parts but they go together easy. It says 2 to 5 but if your good at building no problem.

This gazebo was securely packaged and delivered (5 boxes) at one time. All parts were included. (Though I thought I was missing the curtain rods b/c they were packed in one of the posts.) I assembled this by myself with the exception of having a friend help raise the 4 posts. It took a few hours over about 5 days. I'm female, 62, and 5 ft tall. The instructions are simple graphics. Follow the steps and you'll be fine. It's nice quality. I'll update in the future...UPDATE: This beautiful gazebo withstood the winds of Idalia, but did not withstand the 1000 pounds of Oak tree that fell on it. I enjoyed it for approximately 2 weeks before mother nature squashed it. Still giving it 5 stars.

Easy to assemble but don't unzip the curtains or the netting immediately. Because after I did that, I couldn't remember what order they should have been when I was ready to hang them. I know that my 10x12 has 6 hoops on the short side and 7 hoops on the long side, but even after doing that I was still having issues making them close properly. I reached out to customer service who could not have been more responsive, helpful and professional. Based on my description of the issue know what order the curtains should go back together. Simply put, just match up the tag #'s and it will fit perfectly. Truly an impressive company with impressive personnel and processes.

You will not be disappointed with this Gazebo. It is heavy-duty, easy to assemble (though you'll need a helper or two), and beautiful when finished. All the pieces fit together perfectly, with no issues at all. We will enjoy this gazebo for years to come. It's been through some mighty winds already and is as sturdy as we'd hoped.

The packaging was impressive with this product. Plywood frames made with steel corner brackets and crossmembers inside a heavy duty cardboard box. Everything is covered in plastic bags and separated with flexible foam blocks and cardboard. It’s going together well but after 4 1/2 hours we still have a lot to do. Assembly is complete, total assembly time was about 12 hours with 2 people. About half that time was unpacking and disposal of the packaging material.

I was hesitant when I ordered the Gazebo but was pleasantly surprised on how well the 5 boxes arrived. Once I opened them, there was a plywood & metal bracket interior, protecting the parts. The instructions were clear, concise and easy to follow. Everything was labeled correctly. We put it together without any problems. There was even a bag of extra parts. I would highly recommend this product and the company. Thank you!

Some of the parts were mislabeled. I am assembling mostly myself. Overall easy to assemble but will take some time as it has only pics and no reading. Bring your patience. 2 or more ppl will speed it up. I may update once I finish the assembly.
