(review of the Blue Red Yellow Green fast color change) Like the other Amolen filaments I've tried, this prints beautifully with default settings. I had no trouble with adhesion, stringing, etc., and the silk surface is pleasantly shiny. This is a high quality, well behaved filament. The fast color change is extremely fast, so the models come out with pronounced stripes; this might actually look better for smaller models. The large matryoshka doll I printed with it is frankly hideous. I'm not knocking off any stars because it looks exactly as described, I just don't love the look. I recommend looking at product photos before ordering.

One of the best brand filaments I have used. I have purchased Sik PLA, sample package filament, regular pla, high speed pla, and PLA+. This company hasn't let me down yet. I highly recommend them. The prints come out great.

Updated review. They reached out to me asked for the batch number to look into the issue. I upgraded their review for their caring and customer service and willing to replace the filament. Once I have another roll from them I may upgrade the review to a 5 star if the roll is wrapped better but a 4 star due to customer service 2 stars overall. 5 star color, package, and shipping 0 stars on how many times it was caught or jammed because it was tangled due to how the filament was rolled onto the spool. Just in my first 30 min of a print I had to untangle it at least 7 times. This really delays prints and I cannot trust this filament to run over night or while I am not here to babysit it to keep untangling it.

This filament is everything I hoped for—clean, high-speed prints with zero clogging or stringing. It handles speeds up to 600 mm/s like a champ and maintains great layer adhesion and detail. The color is bold and consistent, and I really appreciate the eco-friendly cardboard spool. With a tight ±0.02 mm tolerance, this filament runs flawlessly through my printer. Definitely one of my new go-to brands!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Amolen has a plethora of unique colors versus other brands. Its one of my best sellers BUT it cannot be called beginner friendly. The exotic colors often burn and get syrupy (ruining prints) so you NEED (IMO) to be sure you run temp and other test towers at the start of each roll so you dont waste filament on old familiar common PLA settings.
