The media could not be loaded. Missing a piece, so we had to improvise and replace it with another , meaning we didn’t have the full tree. The part where that purple scarf is, is supposed to be 2 separate small bars holding up the basket that’s above it, basket had to move above that with another random piece we had improvised with that belonged in a different area. , we were missing one of the small bars, so we had to use a larger one that belongs on the top and put something underneath it to hold it up. So it’s very frustrating we spent a good chunk of money on something that doesn’t even contain all the piece you need to complete it how it’s supposed to be. It’s not nearly as tall as it should be. I was not expecting much out of this cat tree because of the price, but I gotta say it's well constructed and my cats love it. It was so hard to decide on these things because of the negative reviews, but you really can't trust them anymore.
