    • Low Quality, Defective and Horrible Customer service.
We ordered this couch based off of the pictures and reviews and what we received was completely different and defective. Out of the box, there were red stains on multiple cushions and the couch fabric. There was a frayed corner as well. Seller said to just wipe it off. The item was also extremely flimsy with no real support on the sides or back. If you lean on either of those like you normally would on a couch, it will break. The cushions are also not fluffy at all and you can feel the wood and metal while you sit on it. Also if you don't have the back of couch against the wall, the back supports will bend and break due to the cheap construction. This couch is definitely not one of quality nor is is accurately represented in the listing. We reported issues to seller immediately and they said they would provide discount on next item ordered as refund. We submitted for return and they approved but make you pay shipping which for this couch, is over $800 for lowest ground shipping. Its ridiculous. So far, no solution from seller. This sofa scared me when we first started putting it together. I was very unhappy with the delivery as the sofa was delivered at different times and not all together at once. The sofa was also really short however after assembling it we were pleased with the outcome. It’s not the best but it will do and I am sincerely pleased with how it turned out. This couch is amazing! It was super easy to assemble, fits perfectly in my space and is beautiful. There isn’t any storage which sucks since I thought there was (I just can’t read apparently lol). The cushions are a little thin though so it’s not as cushiony as I expected but not bad

I love this couch, this is perfect for someone that wants a sectional, but live in a small space. It is low to the ground, but I purchased some legs and now I’m good to go! You can take the pillows out of the cover to wash, this is another bonus!!! I’m around happy. Oh this will come in about 8 boxes, extremely overwhelming, but this was so easy to put together!!!     • Worst Purchase I’ve Ever Made - Don’t Waste Your Money
The pillows and cushions are very cheap. They’re thin so it gets very uncomfortable. The cushions also scoot out of place. The metal pieces that join the seats are able to be felt if you seat where they are, and heaven forbid you land on the couch wrong. We’ve hit knees and elbows on them too. It’s definitely not worth the price. Update: We are buying a new couch after only having this one for a year and a half. We absolutely hate this couch. Our new one is from an actual furniture store, very high quality performance fabric that feels leather, seats six, auto-reclines, so nice, and it was only $3000, compared to this for $1000 that was absolutely worthless. We’re selling this one of Marketplace for $300 OBO, but I doubt we’ll get $200 for it. It’s seriously a horrible couch. My husband and I just use other accent chairs instead of the couch because it’s so uncomfortable and cheap. Worst purchase I’ve ever made. ... show more

I was worried due to price but this is just as good as the 1200 dollars or more modular sofas. For anyone worried about the wrinkles or fluffiness of the cushions here is some advice. First is, let it sit for a few days to fluff up. Then use a steamer on it. This expanded the cushions a lot. Lastly, if you still aren't satisfied, spend 20 bucks on some cushion filler (we did for the back cushions and wow they look amazing) I also had a small issue and the seller went above and beyond. Very responsive. I'd buy this again without a question and will probably purchase the grey one next for my other room. Excellent purchase and great to watch TV on. Update: bought a 2nd one. First one was 800 bucks and I didn't hesitate to come back and to my surprise it was 700! Total steal. Spent an extra 20 on a pack of cushion filler and this thing is amazing. Seller again was responsive and great. I'm going to buy a 3rd in gray for my office. A+ ... show more
