The packages arrived as 9 small boxes since we purchased the 9-seat sofa. We were able to stake them up so that we still have room in our house before we were able to install them. UPDATE AFTER A FEW MONTHS I'VE HAD TO CHANGE LEGS AND ADD ADDITIONAL PAINT DONE THE CUSHIONS SUCK S ASS SO YOU CAN BUY THE MATERIAL YOURSELF AND DO IT W WAY BETTER FOR WAY CHEAPER! DON'T BE A SUCKER AND BUY THIS CRAP. Cushions suck. Even after left out for 7 days like instructed. They only reason it got 1 star is it was easy to put together. Solid after putting together not so much. The backs are not functional backs the give way more than a real couch. Legs are way to short so there is more money you will have to spend. The back cushions are worthless. You will have to put a cover over your new couch to keep everything sorta in place. Overall this is a dumpster fire and I'm sorry to have bought this POS. FIND A DIFF COUCH IF YOU LIKE TO BE COMFORTABLE. ONLY GOOD FOR LIGHT USE NOT EVERYDAY LIVING! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE GOING TO AIT ON IT FOR ANY PERIODS OF TIME. It’s alright. Definitely not a super comfortable couch, and a lot smaller than we expected even though we measured our space. The cushions are all pretty flat too, especially the back ones. So we will definitely have to add some more stuffing to it which is disappointing. Not sure that I’d recommend

The couch is very great, but I was pretty unhappy with the delivery. When I placed the order, the estimated delivery range was between Wednesday to Sunday, which felt like a very wide and unpredictable range for such a large delivery. The range was never narrowed down so I was never told which day it would end up being delivered. I did not receive any phone calls about the delivery. I ended up receiving a notification from the Amazon app only a few hours prior to the delivery, but I was in the office at work and had no way of making it home. I live in an apartment building so I had no idea how they were going to deliver multiple large boxes and no one ever called me to confirm. They ended up dropping the boxes off right in front of my unit door, which was convenient, but I wish they would have called because if I wasn’t checking for notifications and wasn’t home all day those boxes could have been sitting out in the public for who knows how long. I was worried due to price but this is just as good as the 1200 dollars or more modular sofas. For anyone worried about the wrinkles or fluffiness of the cushions here is some advice. First is, let it sit for a few days to fluff up. Then use a steamer on it. This expanded the cushions a lot. Lastly, if you still aren't satisfied, spend 20 bucks on some cushion filler (we did for the back cushions and wow they look amazing) I also had a small issue and the seller went above and beyond. Very responsive. I'd buy this again without a question and will probably purchase the grey one next for my other room. Excellent purchase and great to watch TV on. Update: bought a 2nd one. First one was 800 bucks and I didn't hesitate to come back and to my surprise it was 700! Total steal. Spent an extra 20 on a pack of cushion filler and this thing is amazing. Seller again was responsive and great. I'm going to buy a 3rd in gray for my office. A+ ... show more

We ordered this couch based off of the pictures and reviews and what we received was completely different and defective. Out of the box, there were red stains on multiple cushions and the couch fabric. There was a frayed corner as well. Seller said to just wipe it off. The item was also extremely flimsy with no real support on the sides or back. If you lean on either of those like you normally would on a couch, it will break. The cushions are also not fluffy at all and you can feel the wood and metal while you sit on it. Also if you don't have the back of couch against the wall, the back supports will bend and break due to the cheap construction. This couch is definitely not one of quality nor is is accurately represented in the listing. We reported issues to seller immediately and they said they would provide discount on next item ordered as refund. We submitted for return and they approved but make you pay shipping which for this couch, is over $800 for lowest ground shipping. Its ridiculous. So far, no solution from seller. This couch looks fine but the quality of support it of low quality. It would be great for a college student or first apartment but for grown adults looking for something I wouldn’t recommend. The back is flimsy because of the design. If it had a solid back I might feel very different about it. The arm rests are the same as the back. If you need something simple and not concerned about a solid piece of furniture this will do. It just didn’t meet my expectations. ... show more
