I love everything about this bed. It’s giving classy in a box.🤭 always wanted a tufts bed and this was perfect. As you can see I washing my linen, but it only has a mattress on it. I love a high bed so I will later add a box spring but it’s not needed if you don’t want to. I love the black, I love how easy it was to put together. One part did get me which I thought they did wrong was the holes in the board. But it put together well. They just didn’t have to make that whole so big like it looked like a burn mark but it was in the other rail as well. And a screw actually goes in it. Other than that the bed is awesome. I really think this is a lovely bed!!! Very sturdy despite how it may appear when it arrives in the box. I used a box Spring with my bed so it rises above the footboard. It has lots of "wow factor! " very soft material. Highly recommend! Only wish headboard was higher.

The bed is beautiful,sturdy is awesome for the price,but is got a weird smell that even now after 1 month I feel it !!! That is my only problem and is very uncomfortable

This bed is good looking for the money! It’s delicate and it has no defects. It is a cheap frame so you cannot expect the thick upholstered footboards or headboards and all those expensive details from some beds at furniture stores, but you should know that based on its price. One thing to notice is that neither the headboard or footboard height come up as in the photos. They may not put a mattress to take those photos because a normal mattress sitting on those slats or with a box spring would end up at the same level than the footboard (and half way into the headboard) which makes it feel much smaller than shown. The instructions were mostly clear, except for a couple of steps where we had to figure it out on our own. Still, we are very pleased. My daughter loves her new bed.
