My expectations were quite low, I'm not a huge fan of engineered wood. But the price was low and the storage was what I was looking for and needed! I put the bed together in sections over several days. The metal frame with the footboard was first. I put it in place, set the queen size box spring and mattress and we slept on it that night. To our surprise it fixed a sagging mattress. (Apparently, the box/mat set was not well supported with the old frame.) It was a great night sleep, quiet and comfortable. Next I put the drawers together. Two of the wheels were damaged, but were still functional (they might fall off easily). I have not yet looked into getting replacements. They are plastic wheels, it might be worthwhile to have a spare set. Lastly, I began to put together the headboard. That was the trickiest part, but the directions are very clear and the engineering is very clever. My husband helped with the headboard which was easier for two people to build. I was concerned that it might not work with the queen size boxspring, mattress and a 3" foam topper, but it all fits very well. Now, we are tall folks and this bed height is a bit higher than usual, but we love it. I thought I was going to need to buy another mattress set, but this bedframe is sturdy with many slats that supports the set we have. It has saved us money and given us a very comfortable night's rest. As of today we've been sleeping on it for over 2 weeks and I'm so pleasantly surprised by how much more comfortable I am. And we are happy with the headboard shelves, lighting and outlet, too. Overall, I feel this has been a great value. It's not difficult to assemble. Just read through the instructions and follow through one step at a time. It can be done in stages, like I did, so it wasn't too overwhelming.

This queen size bed had been a good purchase. I assembled it by myself in a few hours and the directions were pretty simple and easy to follow. You have to follow the details fairly precisely and I can see how not paying attention to some details can get it assembled incorrectly. The wood is engineered wood, not real wood, so it can be chipped / scratched. The framing is mostly metal and it's quite stable. I have a 14" Nectar mattress which fits well on it and the bed is very quiet. The UBS charging port on top works well though I think it would have been better placed in one of the cubbys. The "bookcase" headboard is good for laying down books, remote controls, sleep mask, etc. The drawers underneath were easy to assemble but note they are actually separate from the bed. They are on rollers that roll directly on the floor. There is a little screw space in the board that connects onto a tiny screw head that is attached to the bed to keep the drawers closed. I have tile floor so they roll out easily but if you have a deep plush carpet it could be problematic getting them to roll out and keeping things out of the wheels. If you move the bed they can come loose and then are left laying out on the floor and have to be put back in place. Be careful at night though, the wood frame pieces are solid and have some sharp corners and can cut / slice your toes / shins if you bump into it. And keep little kids away, if they fall on / against it they could get cut up. So overall it's fairly simple, plain and functional bed without any bells or whistles that seems stable and quiet with good quality workmanship that should last a long time. I'm happy with my purchase.

Absolutely not worth the price!!! I was under the assumption this bed frame would be sturdy and better quality than the disappointment I got. Almost every item we received to put this bed frame together was damaged. Either the corners were smashed or completely gone. The borders and the headboard pieces were all hallow and flimsy. One key component for the headboard was cracked down the middle. The amount of money for this item is does not equal the quality of the product. The print looks cheap and pixelized. The metal Platform for the base of the bed is not sturdy. That plats that go across the metal frame are shorter than the width of the metal frame, so the slats constantly fall. The process of the actual bed being assembled was not difficult just tedious with all the parts. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. Parts were labeled so easy to assemble ( if the parts weren't damaged. Once assembled the bed makes alot of noises from the connection of the metal to the "wood" any slight movement and it sounds like a door from a cheap horror movie. The sizing of the bed is almost accurate, I ordered a queen and it is a inch longer and wider than my bed. The drawers are flimsy and do not match the measurement of the bed frame so they do not sit flesh against the frame. The wheels for the drawers only move front and back. The wheels will definitely pop off of the drawer base. Only small pieces of plastic hold the draws together. The shelves on the headboard itself the hardware does not stay in the holes provided and the shelves easily fly off. The electric portion works fine and simple to install. The cord to plug in power outlet is short. !!!!!!! Don't recommend buying don't waste your money!!!!!!

It does come in 2 separate boxes, the headboard stuff in one, and about a week later, the drawers along with the electrical plug in that goes on top of the headboard in box #2. My wife and I took a couple hours and actually had fun putting it together as the instructions were well printed, explained and diagrams, along with the fact that once you see it, it is almost self-explanatory. When box #2 arrived, I was able to put them together myself in about 30 minutes. It was really easy; however, I was a little sad that the drawers (sides, bottom and back,) were a much cheaper metal grid and the wheels were really cheaply made. There is also an odd (latching bolt) that allows you to basically lift the drawer into the metal side bar to hold it in place, but without an outside knob or handle, you have to get your fingers under the drawer and life it up a little bit and then pull out. The drawers are NOT mounted on side rails, so they will simply roll out and in when you push them in. I heard many people say the drawers will roll out on their own, but I suspect they are not latching that bolt that is on the inside of the drawer front, into the slot on the metal side frame. We will be purchasing some small knobs for the drawers and secure them to the outside of the drawers to help facilitate opening and closing the drawers. Otherwise, this is a great sturdy, product that is worth the cost.

The bedframe itself seems comfortable, so far. Assembly took forever, even with power tools and felt unsteady at first but once assembled seems to be sturdy. Beware that delivery comes in two boxes which I was aware of but I received multiple emails from FedEx saying it would be delivered, everyday, for three days before it actually arrived. When the ONE box arrived we took apart our old bedframe thinking the one box had the two packages as indicated. This was not the case. Our bed sat on the floor for two days before I received a notification from UPS that a second delivery would arrive. The seller wasn't helpful in the meantime. Had I not already been subscribed with UPS updates I would have no idea that a second company would be delivering this product. Heads up that this product comes in two shipments and you may not receive both packages together or from one shipping company. It was very confusing to determine where our second package was and not hearing back from the seller right away made it extra difficult. **I wanted to add a disclaimer that the seller did reach out and apologized for the confusion with shipment. I hope they add that into the description for future buyers. I was given $20 off for the confusion/trouble and appreciate the follow up. The frame is very nice and sturdy.. no complaints there. Two thumbs up. **

We love our new frame. It's sturdy, practical, and attractive. Assembly took me 4 or 5 hours but was easy to understand. I recommend having another person and a toolbox to speed up the process. The headboard is difficult to move by yourself. As predicted, it shipped in two boxes with different delivery dates. It's plenty sturdy for everyday use as well as adult activities. I used the little square pads to keep the corners from damaging the walls. Our hidden cabinet's holes were drilled just slightly misaligned so the door isn't level and makes a little contact on one side but is forgivable. It's the perfect place to keep our private accessories hidden and accessible. Lights and power outlet work just fine. Now if we could figure out a way to hide those cords... The drawers are flawed. It's easy to crush your fingers if you're not careful. And if you have cats, they will commandeer the space under your bed and never let you keep them shut. You'll come home to them ajar every day. So that's it. No damage or missing parts. Well worth the money for the style and storage.

Customer service was wonderful to work with. I needed this in a timely manner because my speciam needs niece was coming and I needed a a bed for her. They made sure the bed came and got here before she did. The bed was easy to to put together. I did it by myself and I have back issues. Since it came in 2 boxes, I made sure all my parts were there. All that came in the second box were the drawers and the usb box/power cord. While I waited for box number 2 to come, I assembled the rest of the bed. All the parts fit correctly and it is a nice and sturdy bed! I love the shelved! It makes for some nice decoration spots. My niece can put her books and her writing supplies on them. The charging usb port is on top of the shelves/bed frame so she can lay in bed and her phone will reach her easily while charging. I highly recommend this bed! I was scared with some of the reviews but my experience was perfect!! Not a single scratch on the wood. Everything assembled easily. And customer service was quick to respond and top knotch! 10/10!! What you should know is the drawers just run on wheels on the ground. There are no rails or anything. I love this so I dont have to worry about lining anything up or trying to fit a drawer in. The drawer locks into place with a notch. Love it!!
