Not bad for the cost, and bonus... assembly was easy. Of course I had my husband helping me put it together which helped a lot, but it was a stress and argument free success. Oh another bonus, it actually looks nice in the room. I wasn't sure I would like it because It's not really my taste, but my hubby liked it so I think he made a good choice. It's actually a lot more sturdy than I thought it would be so if you read other reviews (like we did) it's true :) The height is perfect, our last bed was ridiculously high, I practically needed a ladder to get in and out of it. Thankfully I never had the misfortune of falling out of it. Now I sleep so much better knowing that if I should ever happen to fall out of bed I won't break something or die. I would love to share a picture but we just moved into a new house and if you've ever moved then you understand. Anyway, thanks for reading, I do recommend. ... show more

Instructions are just pictures, and too many steps in each picture in my opinion. Go slow, look ahead, visualize how the picture translates to the actual pieces. Once assembled. It’s beautiful, sturdy and perfect for our needs.

Beautiful and sturdy bed once put together. Difficult to assemble! Buy this only if you own a Power-Drill, are good with decoding picture instructions, have another person to help you and have patience. (Well finished, high quality rubber wood but needs power drill to put the headboard together. Lots of pieces. Picture instructions are hard to follow at times. No written assembly instructions. Returning the bed may be more expensive than the purchase cost) Once put together - it looks like a thousand dollar bed and you will be very happy with. ... show more

Very solid bed frame for the price. Very sturdy. My 14” mattress fits perfectly. Not too tall and not too short. Assembly didn’t take very long at all with an electric screwdriver.     • Extremely Frustrating Assembly Experience

It took me over 5 hours to assemble this bed because most of the screw holes were too small and poorly aligned. I had to force the screws in, which made the process exhausting and frustrating. For the price, I expected better quality control. Very disappointed with this purchase.
