We’ve had this frame for about a week now and we love it. It’s exactly as described and very sturdy once assembled. My husband and I are both bigger people and when I first saw the slats, I was a little nervous but it’s super comfy and quiet. It took my husband about 2.5 hours to assemble. We have a 10in mattress with a mattress topper and no box spring and the headboard is still nice and tall. Overall it’s a great buy if you want a nice looking frame without spending a thousand bucks.

really impressed with the quality and appearance. The tufted fabric looks even better in person—soft, plush, and very well-finished. The sleigh-style design on both the headboard and footboard gives the room a classy, high-end feel. Assembly took a little time because of the size, but the instructions were clear and everything fit together securely. Once built, the frame feels sturdy and supportive, and the upholstery has a nice weight to it. It’s a beautiful, elegant piece that adds so much character to the room.

First - it’s beautiful! Took me 5 hours to put together (by myself), but dang it’s worth it. The only frustrating thing is I knoowww I tightened the screws up so well but it still has a wobble, so I’m not a fan of that. But overall, A BETTER PRICE THAN WAYFAIR, def purchase here. Oh! Last thing, a 4” boxspring is perfect. I had a larger one and it made my mattress almost to the TOP, so now I have to sell my box spring. If you like to lay low, no box spring required, but I do feel like it’s almost like sleeping low to the ground. To each his own.

This bed is gorgeous! I bought the king . It took me a good 4-5 hours to put together myself my husband was at work and the instructions looked easy enough. I’m a short woman in my 50s but did it with only using the Allen wrench and tools provided. We just moved into a house and my drill battery was dead so it was pure grit assembling it! I’m sure with two people and a drill it would have been much quicker to assemble. The only issue I had was the side board panels holes for R1and R2 not lining up that took me a good forty minutes trying to screw those on the side of the headboard! One screw just would not go in it’s almost at a diagonal angle it didn’t stop me though I got it in there ! So over all it’s possible to do without the drill if you have hours to spare by yourself ! I’m giving it five stars because it’s a beautiful made nice sturdy platform bed frame . This is exactly what I was looking for. Also the mattress size we bought was 14 inches.

I’ve always wanted a luxurious bed. I went back and forth on a few different frames and landed on this one, mostly because of the shape and overall profile. I was really hesitant due to the reviews of broken pieces and the fact that it’s not a true black, but I took the chance. It came in a reasonable amount of time, with all the pieces, and nothing broken or damaged. A couple friends and I put it together easily and without incident. I ordered a 10” memory foam mattress to go with it and got rid of my box springs, because I wanted more of a feeling of height on the headboard. There is a small gap between the tufted part of the headboard and the top of the mattress, but it is solid (there are no holes or gaps in the headboard), and once I put my pillows on, it’s not noticeable. Everything is pretty sturdy feeling, except I don’t trust putting too much weight on the footboard (and it is ever so tempting to sit on), not that I feel it would break, but just wear and weaken the connections and the material over time. It’s not much of an issue, just something to keep in mind Like other reviews have said, it does appear navy in certain lighting conditions and next to certain colors, which does drive my dark-loving heart a tiny bit crazy, but the velvet gives it enough dimension and the pros of this frame have FAR outweighed that small issue. I have a bit of a dark past when it comes to my sleeping space, but this bed frame has really impacted me and provided me with so much healing, joy, and comfort. I truly feel like royalty and have noticed that I spend more time in my bed overall. Very happy with this purchase.

I wanted a bed from a local furniture store that I had been eyeballing for months but quite pricey especially after covid, when prices went up for shipments. After sleeping on my couch for way too long I took a chance on this beautiful bed and I must say I was intimidated by the boxes and the weight but was determined to give it a try. I'M SO HAPPY WITH MY NEW BED AND SO PROUD OF MYSELF FOR PUTTING IT TOGETHER ALL BY MYSELF!!!! It takes time and patience but definitely wirth it and doable with just yourself however help is always good. I get so many compliments on this bed and have had it about 2yrs now and it still looks good... no ugly stains etc that you see on a lot of other light colored upholstery!!! I do light cleaning on it from time to time like a hand vacuum is great for getting up dust and also steam it! It does squeek a little at times but not to be a bother. I love my bed definitely a great buy!!!
