I received a defective pair of boots. The pull up strap broke off the second time I wore them withing two weeks of receiving these boots . . . however . . . I'm giving this item and boot company five stars because they replaced these defective boots within 3 days once I input on Amazon that they were a defective pair. Not true to size. If you’re a size 11 I would get a 10.5 The product over all was GREAT. My fiancée loved them and how they feel for work. I am giving a one star for the seller. Their turn around time for a refund is way too long! I originally paid $87 because they’re was a deal for prime members, when the boots arrived, they were too big so I returned them and got a size smaller, even though we ordered the correct size. When I bought them again, I had to pay $134 for whatever reason I still had prime not sure why the deal wasn’t applicable. ... show more

I purchased these in size 11M which is what I wear in Red wing boots or Ariat boots to my surprise they were way too big. I ended up exchanging them for a size 10M and they fit perfect even with thick work socks they are comfortable and soft shouldn't take more than a day to break in. They look good and for the price you can't beat it, hopefully they last at least 6 months. ... show more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I’ve always used these boots for work and the comfort of them is pretty good and they seem to hold up to the elements i put them into aside from normal ware and tear. Highly recommend!

Received March 10th wrong size was sent an “Extra Wide I stead of W” it’s now been 3 months and the slip resistant sole is coming off. Reached out and they replaced them for the original price of the boot (not the sale price). Excellent customer service. Speedy response and replacement definitely recommend this made in the USA company ... show more
