Packaging looked rough on arrival but overall the bed frame and its pieces were all there and in good condition. The bed frame itself is quite easy to assemble took about 30-40 minutes with distractions. The charging port came out better than I expected. Well packaged with just enough protection. No dings, scratches or dents anywhere. No missing pieces. All parts were labeled and the hardware (nuts, bolts etc.) comes wrapped on a cardboard backing (even has about 1 extra of each piece). Easy to assemble. Take their advice and - for each step in the instructions - don't tighten until you have everything attached. Took me just a couple of hours solo. No difficult sections (although I did have a couple of weird yoga-like poses trying to keep things flush as I assembled). Looks great. I got the gray and the color / grain is just perfect for what I wanted. From across the room you can't even tell it's faux wood. Tried it out and no squeaking. The only downside I see right now is that nothing keeps the mattress from sliding under the headboard if you jump on it horizontally.

My son had a bunk bed from about the time he was 5 years old. After 5 years and a big move, the bunk bed was starting to fall apart at the welds and my 10 yo son was starting to outgrow it. He loved his bunk bed, so I wanted to find something that would be a high value replacement in his eyes so the loss wouldn’t feel as great. We are also on a budget, and don’t want to drop too much on a piece of furniture for a kid— because let’s face it, kids are rough on things. After searching multiple sites and compiling a list of potential beds, we settled on this one. The deal maker for me was the price; for him, it was the outlets built into the bed. My son has LED lights for his headboard, and he’s really into technology as most kids are, so the plugs and USB ports all get lots of use. He also liked the style of this bed and the fact that it has a shelf for his gaming controllers, alarm clock, and other odds and ends. All in all, we are pretty happy with this bed and it seems sturdy. The only complaint I had, and the reason for 4 stars, was that many of the pre-drilled holes didn’t line up well, which made putting this together a pain. However, I put it together by myself in an hour and a half. I’m only 5’3” and 115 lbs, so if I can do it, I think most able bodied people could.

We got this bed for our teenage son. It's great quality and looks nice. The price is even more amazing. I really like that that it sets up higher so I can store boxes under the bed freeing up even more space in the room. Easy to put together. My teeenage son put it together by himself. The color looks great. I would defintiely buy this again or encourage anyone to buy this for their teenage son or guest room.

I've been sleeping on this for one month now and loving it so far. Sturdy, no noises, easy to keep my phone/watch charging. The seller was great to work with too! The item was delivered before the expected delivery date, and I hadn't moved to my new address yet when it was delivered. When I got there and could not find the item, the seller sent a replacement. It's made my move easier, to have a bed for solid rest. Also, you can stick a cordless LED light on the frame, if you happen to not have power/outlet, or need to wait for an electrician to get things sorted in a new home. Overall, it's functional and comfortable from an amazing seller!

Full Size ... Nice bed for the price. Once assembled very sturdy. Lots of screws and a lot of patients. I am 75 female and it took me about 5 hrs to assemble. Love it for my guest.

I put this together myself (59 yr old female) & after a few errors that made me backtrack, It took about 1 1/2 hrs. The instructions are pictures only, but it still wasn't that difficult. Remember to not tighten the screws on the slats until screws on both sides are started...the slat can then be adjusted to meet up with the hole. It's ingenius how they did that! You get an extra screw for each size, all the tools needed, and, AND, every single screw hole lined up properly. Every one...the whole time I was putting it together, I was thinking, no way! Then I'd come across one that seemed like it didn't line up--but slight adjustments for angles and yep! I was so impressed. It comes packaged very well with all parts clearly marked. Way higher quality than I was expecting given the great price! The slight edge at the bottom holds the mattress in place, but it does slide a bit from side to side, and the end corners are easy to run in to, so if kids are around, be careful, and don't hit your shin. Well worth the price, and I'm glad to see some companies still care about quality, and making sure the darn screw holes line up!!
