The media could not be loaded. This fireplace I put together by hand. It took a few hours to assemble, all you need is a med. And short Philips screw driver. It's beautiful ❤️ and heated up my living room quickly. The blower isn't very loud either. It came very well packaged, thank God because FedEx beat the hell out of the box!!! I used my Alexa with the relaxing fireplace sounds app, so I can get the full effect of having a fire. All I need now is a candle that smells like wood burning ☺️ the fireplace looks like stone but it's not textured. It's a pretty good set up, cute and cozy. Good for small area, even a apartment that isn't to big this should fit fine. It wasn't to hard to put together but there where couple areas that where peeling back a little when putting together, one little crack bye corner but not bad enough to return, got lucky the spot was above the whole and not in it or on it. It Got covered bye other wood so can't see it. For the most part though it looks nice after it was put together and the fire works well. Nicer then others I seen for the price range I got it in. Will do for those fall, winter nights. 🍁🍂🎃 update: I finally tried the heat and it would be nice if heat stayed on longer then 3 minutes. Then having to wait another 6 min for it to turn back on unless you press the remote again to turn it back on but it still only stays on for 3 mins. It won't warm a room much. I have to sit right infront of the fireplace for heat when I'm cold to get the chill out my bones. 🥶 but if you're just looking for that autumn 🍂 winter feel. This is nice. ... show more

Initially the product looks good, but it’s a piece of crap for the money and not comparable to products on the market. The company misrepresents the product as having a laminated mantle when in fact the entire brick looking features are laminated particle board. When I tried to return the product, because the decor was misleading, I was told that I would have to pay shipping which could easily be $100+ due to its weight. ... show more

I am a 73 year old and put it together by myself. All the pieces fit perfectly. The flame is very realistic with both yellow and orange. I chose Amerilight because I liked the flame better with not as much coals at the bottom.

The media could not be loaded. Was easy to assemble. Looks good for the price. I put it in my bedroom and play fire sounds to go with the lights. Very relaxing. Put me right to sleep. 🥱 Heater puts enough heat. Remote works for heater and dimmable lighting. Also has timer. Totally satisfied.

Looks very nice, and looks very real. Heat out put is better than I expected. Flames are very life like, I didn't expect it to look so real. Assembly instructions were a bit confusing, and could stand to be rewritten. But with time you basically figure it out on your own. Would definitely recommend this to others. ... show more

I recently wrote a review that was not very complementary to the fireplace. I managed to finally assemble it and it actually doesn’t look so bad as I had previously thought. It’s OK and the fire flames are very nice. But if you don’t like to assemble things this is going to be a problem for you.
