I’ll start with the pros! Pro: Back height: My husband and I️ are 5’11 and 5’8. He can lay across the entire couch with me and really stretch out! When we sit up the pillows support our entire back and neck. That was really important when looking for a reasonable couch. Appearance: We got the beige chennille and it’s perfect for brightening up the space and our cat does not want to claw the material! Sturdiness: no creaks or weird noises when sitting. Can support you! Cushions: It’s a medium firmness but you still feel like you sink into the couch. Perfect for naps! Additionally I️ loved how easy it was to put together, it is a two person job and the packaging did come in two so please consider that. Because of how simple it is to put together I️ know that we’ll be able to take it apart with no problem when we move. Cons: Back Pillow cushions are extremely flat BUT we have a giant teddy named Bearnstein and we used his body to add fluffiness to the back pillows and it’s PERFECT. So a major con but completely fixable. I️ would even consider adding memory phone in the bottom cushions if they ever lost their cushion over the next few years. Overall: We love it and can’t wait to see how it holds up over the years.

This sofa appears to be fashioned after the Soletren sofa from Ashley Furniture (even the product descriptions seem to mirror each other). Even though this sofa states that it is "plush" the seating is what i would consider "medium-firm" to "firm." Because i was looking for the plushness as described in the details i ended up removing about 2 inches from the seating foam and replacing with soft upholstrey foam with made all the difference. The back pillows are also quite thin and i plan to add more batting to the inside to plump them up and prevent them sinking into the seats because theres space between the bottom back of the cushions and the back panel of the sofa (you have to angle the cushions in order for them to not look so flat as oppossed the having them sit flush). One thing i do enjoy about the sofa is that the back cushions are acutally "back cushions" and not "half back" cushions. Meaning the whole length of my back can rest against the cushion. The dimensions of the pillows are 20+" which was really important to me in a sofa. Although i would have preferred not to have to make these adjustments and spend more time and money modifying it, i did not return the sofa as it would have cost more to return it than to fix it (theres no free shipping or returns). Also it was $499 at the time of purchase.

This couch is a great deal, especially for how large it is. Setup took ~1 hour with 2 people. I agree with other reviews that say the back cushions could be more plush (they're basically flat compared to the seat cushions).

Delighted with Sofa - great value for money. And just as importantly, customer satisfaction is their highest priority. Had a shipping related defect, but Cara in customer service responded quickly and worked to resolve problem even though it was not directly caused by them. It's great they stand behind their products including the shipping of it. Two points of note: 1) sofa comes in two boxes and, at least for me, came on two different days and 2) don't forget to adjust knobs on the 2 support brackets to ensure they contact the floor directly to ensure maximum stability of the sofa. I just moved alone into my own apartment for the first time, so I needed a new couch but I am on a budget. I wanted something cute, but affordable and I spent a couple months researching. Like others, I was extremely apprehensive about buying a couch online without seeing it in person first. The delivery was super fast—I actually had to postpone the delivery a couple days because I wasn’t expecting to it so quickly and I wasn’t available to receive the two boxes. The boxes were a little banged up from delivery, but everything inside was fine. It actually took me longer to unbox and unwrap the pieces than it did to actually assemble it. I assembled it by myself in only about 20 minutes because it was so easy. The only tool I needed was a box cutter to open up the packaging, but there were no tools needed to assemble this couch. I love how high the back pillows go for neck support and overall it’s a lot more comfortable than I was expecting. The back pillows are a little flat, but that’s not an issue because I have a lot of decorative pillows to add padding. I love the texture of the bouclé fabric because it adds a trendy touch to this couch and it looks more expensive than it actually is.
