I put this together myself and it took me a few hours to do by myself, but it was fairly easy to put together. I really like the aesthetics about it, it's clean and looks elegant. It is not too deep, so it saves on floor space and my husband and I are really impressed with the heating electric fireplace, it is not very strong, but being in Florida, we don't need a very strong heater :-) All in all, a good purchase, would definitely recommend! ... show more

I bought this and had such high hopes and was so excited to put it up The white is just a paper surface and the wood (obviously not real wood) but is very cheap looking. The whole thing just looks cheap. Definitely not worth the money. I bought one from another buyer here Amazon for 1/3 the cost and it is 10 times better then this one! ... show more

We love our new faux fireplace! It is beautiful, easy to use with the remote control, looks well made and heats up the room well too. The only con is that since it’s an electric heater, it is a little noisy, but I’ve gotten used to the noise, that I don’t notice it anymore.

    • Ridiculous refund period
The unit came broken, which I can understand, but the refund process is ridiculously long on this product. It's taking up to 3 weeks after the return hit UPS for the money to hit back to my account. Just a warning.
