Well made
We are very pleased with this purchase. Flush is powerful and uses less water than our old toilet. Also like the height and ease of cleaning.

Best toilet I ever put out for bulk trash collection!
Broke a toilet bowl replacing the gasket between the tank and bowl, so decided to eliminate that set of bolts and gaskets and bought this one piece one. Arrived in perfect condition, well protected packaging, all the parts in the box, includes a seat. Installed without a hitch, just need to be aware that this thing is HEAVY!. Comes to less than an inch from the back to the wall if the rough-in was done for 12”. Left flush takes some getting used to, but the thing never flushed right without holding the lever down until water was gone. Replaced the flapper twice, flush lever twice, and thing still didn’t flush right. Had to juggle flush lever each time or flapper leaked. Water ran for 16 hours and 12 hours because flapper didn’t seal. Best thing about this toilet was replacing it after only 3 years with a Toto!! This Loft model looked really splendid sitting on the curb waiting for the garbage truck.

Toilet gets stuck on
Toilet gets stuck on every time. Flush lever hits lid and gets stuck. Removed all slack from chain to no avail. Customer service is just an unending run around. Do not buy.

A Purchase That's Worth Every Penny
This is a very solid purchase because it's ADA compliant which is a huge advantage. The comfort-height bowl is a definite plus, making the experience much more convenient. A commendable product that lives up to the expectations.

Huge Stopper Has Faulty Design
Huge Stopper seemed nice at first…lotsa flushing power….but after about a year it wouldnt seal upon flushing. We replaced the gasket on the bottom side of it. That helped it to seal, but it wont land right and stop water from escaping so we have to leave the toilet top off all the time and each time after flushing hand place the flushcover. We bought 2 of these American Standard toilets from Home Depot. Now we’re looking at replacing them with another brand. American Standard used to be a good toilet but they seem to have redesigned the toilets so much that they are no longer practical to use.
