There were four reasons I chose this particular toilet seat: 1 - The price was right; 2 - Elongated; 3 - Soft close; and 4 - Description said top and bottom mount hardware included. I specifically needed a top mount because I have a skirted toilet. I was dismayed to find out that only the bottom mount hardware was included. I had to make due with the mounting hardware from the old seat and clean as best I could. Not crazy about having to use old, discolored and germy hardware in new seat.
