    • A lightning fast laptop! Very good deal!
Capacity: i5-1145G7-16-256-SV-Win11
Being a PC guy that knows his stuff, I am very pleased with this refurbished laptop. It works like new. They wiped the HD and fresh installed Windows 11. No bloatware! However, you will need to install an anti-virus program. I recommend Avast free. I have been using it for a good 15 years with zero malware or virus infections, and it is 100% free. SPEEDY! I am also an emulator master. This little laptop runs the most power hungry games in MAMEUI64 at FULL SPEED WITHOUT ANY FRAME SKIPPING! I was amazed. It really is an awesome laptop. I will likely buy another one of these to keep in case. Works great with USB hubs and the HDMI is 1080p and looks great. A+A+A+ ... show more

    • 10 STARS !
Capacity: i5-1145G7-16-256-SV-Win11
My wife needed a laptop because she will be working per diem from home, and this works with her docking station that provides her dual displays. I was going to purchase one from the big auction site, but decided to check Amazon first, and I am so happy I did ! This was an excellent purchase. I believe the laptop have never been used, there is no visible wear to the keyboard, bezel, or touch pad. There are no marks or scratches on the case. There is still a little plastic cover over the power button. It came very well packaged, a box inside of a box, the laptop was in a custom air packaging case that kept it very secure during shipping. A genuine Dell power adapter was included. It is a feature packed laptop, with plenty of ports, including a ethernet port. The backlit keyboard is both functional, and beautiful ! The best part is, no bloatware ! It comes with a fresh install of Windows11, and nothing else, none of that garbage software Dell installs on new PCs. The performance is spectacular, it's lightning fast, even after adding antivirus software and an office suite. Battery life is also fantastic. This might be the very best Amazon Prime purchase I've ever made ! Get one, you won't be sorry, and it's backed up by Prime ! ... show more

    • Good as new! NOT!
Capacity: i5-1145G7-16-256-SV-Win11
I am very pleased with the condition and function of this lap top. The battery is nearly full strength and there is no visible damage or indication of wear. They put a skin on the outside, I assume to cover any marks or scratches, but this computer is in such good shape, I doubt there could have been much. My only complaint is some bloat wear added for "PC app store" that commandeers the computer at first, literally blocking you from doing almost anything else until you open an account, CC and all. I managed to finally get past it to settings where I could go in and delete that app. It is not the same as the Microsoft app store. Other than that, it is almost undistinguishable from a new laptop. UPDATE: I really liked this laptop, the size was perfect and it seemed to be working like new. A couple of months later, it just stopped working. I don't know what happened, one minute it was working fine, the next it was dead. Black screen. Nothing. I had assure, so I sent it in and they couldn't fix it. If I didn't have assure, I would have been out for the whole thing. I m so glad I back up everything on an external drive. I recommend you do that also, no matter what computer you have! ... show more

    • Not perfect, but Good
Capacity: i5-1145G7-16-256-SV-Win11
I'm really enjoying having it. It does have some quirks, sometimes does freeze. And I have to do a hard reset, and there was this one time that the charger stopped working. But I think it just overheated a little other than that. The thing has been absolutely perfect for almost 2 months now, and it seems like since I've started using it. Regularly, it doesn't have those problems anymore either, maybe it just sat for a while, not perfect, but works pretty good ... show more

    • Great price, but not great quality

Purchased a "Great Quality" refurbished i5-1145G7 from Prime Cellutions for ~$270. The Pros: -Great Price -Runs fast and smooth -Can easily handle multitasking -No issues with overheating or slowing down The Cons: - Terrible battery life. ~1 hour of battery life even with battery saving measures. - Acceptable quality at best. Front corners are chipped or dented, to the point of nearly cutting myself when using. -The entire thing is covered in a textured grey sticker. This sticker is already peeling off after 2 days. Where it has peeled is left with a sticky residue. Over All: Good for the price. The laptop itself functions amazingly, but the battery sucks and the outside is dented and peeling. As a broke college student this works just fine. As long as your classes have nearby plugs. Otherwise I'd suggest looking elsewhere or at other sellers. ... show more
