I needed a right hand flush which limited my options. When I found this one I thought that it was a little pricey but based on the reviews I decided to go for it. A very good decision on my part. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and ease of installation, which justified any additional cost. Installation instructions were easy to read and follow with no ambiguities. As good as the product was, it was exceeded by the exceptional customer service. During installation I discovered that the tank was shattered. I dreaded calling customer service, but to my utter surprise my call was answered by a very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional representative. After checking to determine if a replacement tank was available (no questions asked), the representative verified my shipping information and informed me that I should have the replacement within one to two weeks. Within a week the replacement tank was delivered. What could have turned into a turned into a pleasant example of exceptional customer service. I couldn't be more pleased, and I highly recommend this seller. Just to be clear, this review was not solicited by the seller, nor have I been offered any type of "bribe". Great product made with noticeable quality and workmanship and was a breeze to install and was a much needed improvement from the 39 plus year old American Standard it replaced which was still working but wanted the added height it offered. I am 6’6” tall and the added height is wonderful. Will give the old toilet to someone who needs it. American standard seems to last and work forever. Thanks ... show more

This is actually the standard toilet that was installed and one of our office buildings. It has worked for years without a problem so that is why I chose the identical one for the house.
