Good canopy but bad instructions but assembly is pretty straight forward need at least two people to get it up but nicely built and top is a thick canvas/plastic material that seems to be good for outdoor weather

UPDATE: 7-21-23 I raised my rating specifically due to the excellent customer service we received post-sale and how genuine the seller was. We were in contact with the seller and they immediately stepped up and provided a great level of customer service, taking care of the situation. That type of customer service means a lot! That's the way to do it. Kudos to you XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX We are/were thoroughly disappointed with the quality and workmanship of this expensive canopy. The product was put together with bolts and 3/8 lock nuts. There must be well over a hundred of the bolts and lock nuts. All but three were "HAND TIGHT". The lock nuts were NOT engaged! Well, what do you think.......it came undone at those points and crumpled. Had NOTHING to do with wind or being secured, which it was, the nuts were LOOSE and NOT tight/engaged. By the time I noted a nut and a silver bracket on the ground I went inside, got my wife, maybe a total of a minute or 2 total and the canopy was crumpled and broke. What a JOKE. We are not young and I am retired. We actually thought this would be great to use with family outings/backyard/grandkids etc., but, at least for us, it was NOT. It was a very bad purchase based on the POOR quality and equally POOR workmanship. Really the workmanship of ours was for lack of better words NON Existent. I cant' speak for anyone else and their luck with this but it was horrendous and costly for us. Hopefully others have better luck with their canopy, if theirs doesn't fall apart like ours did. Others obviously can do whatever they want, but I'll NEVER purchase this again based on the poor quality and workmanship of what we got. A WASTE OF OUR MONEY and a DISAPPOINTMENT for sure. I bought two 10x20 setups and they were easy enough to erect, but the cover was not made to fit right nor were there good attachments. It did "look" good but the second day up, a 15 mph wind came up and the covers start splitting. I had purchased enough sandbags for all the legs and they were doing okay, but when I tried to slide legs down there was interference. I released the covers entirely and, though I could duck tape everything, there will be the same story the next time around. And, those three center poles, well, the cover does not stay centered at all on them. I've had plenty of set-ups over many years, and grasped the shortcomings of these canopies but went ahead with them. How utterly disappointing. It will do me no good to reorder covers and I haven't figured out yet how to purchase something that I can fit over the entire shebang that will look decent. That's a pretty big chunk of money to lose out on in 24 hrs. Since I wrote what is above, I decided to add the photos. I also asked the distributor to replace two canopies but I don't know how that will turn out. I've decided that with a little bit of work and expense, I can redesign the the cover so that it will be secure and tension points evenly distributed. Edit # 2: I was very happy to learn from the distributor that they will replace the canopy covers and they were prompt in corresponding with me. I look forward to receiving them. I found the frame to be substantial and I had no missing pegs, bent legs, etc. I intend to make quite a few other modifications in order to prevent further mishaps. It all sounds very OCD, but I really do love the way the tent looks and will do what I can. ... show more

One of the better quality tents I have ever used! We have owned several pop-up canopies over the years and this one is by far the best quality! Easy to set up and take down... You can tell that the frame is solidly constructed and should last a long time if well taken care of. The yellow canopy feels quite sturdy... I would’ve preferred a different color but this and black is the only two that were available when I ordered. We are very pleased with this canopy and we bought the rolling case for storage and it worked great ... show more

I really wanted this to work well, so much so that when a fairly windy storm trashed the first one, I bought another and anchored it better, but the second lasted even less, it wasn’t even windy, it was a rainy but calm weekend, one day it was fine, the next day I went out and the tarp had managed to puddle instead of the water running off, but a giant 20gallon puddle that stretched the tarp permanently. I poked a hole so it could drain since I couldn’t get it to stop puddling there, but a few weeks later it did the same thing on the other side and the frame buckled under the weight. It’s a great size, easy up and down, but not the sturdiest. If you want something to keep a drizzle off while you work under it or for a nice calm sunny day to keep the sun off, then it’s a great value, but I wouldn’t leave it or use it in any more than a calm drizzle. ... show more
