Unfortunately, my product stopped working after about five months, but I knew it had to be a small problem. it took me six months to realize all that I needed to do was call tech-support. They sent me a new motherboard which I thought would fix the problem. Unfortunately it did not.. but they kept emailing me to make sure it did start working.     • Good chair and excellent customer service
After 1 year of having the chair, it started to fail, I contacted the customer service team and they very very responsive and helpful. They found the issue and sent me a new mother board that fixed the problem. I definitely recommend this chair.

1st of all the one is difficult to understand and operate. More than that in a few minutes. The book they give you is even more confusing and it's Ju gives you confusing descriptions of buttons that are supposed to work 1 way and dont. Look, for example at the photo above . It Saya the button operates "strength. Then the explanation I'd something about habd speed. It's a chair that offers no way to program presets and if it does I sure couldn't figure it out and I've had a few of these chairs now. If u want this one, it's in new condition but it's for sure not good enough for me. I will say super was to put together- all in one box, nothing to assemble, lightweight,nrolls easy but left grease all over my carpet. Absolutely disappointed. ... show more

Received new chair and while beautiful and provided a good massage now the chair does not work after three uses. Shows error 1 on remote emailed customer service and no response. Will update if anything changes but so far cannot recommend to buy this chair, and will have to return if I don’t hear back soon ... show more

    • Great relief, powerful massage, great program options
We bought this chair a few months ago. It's easy to use, clear instructions and worked right of the 'box'. Delivery window was changed a few times by the carrier but satisfactory at the end. The delivery guys were very nice. No significant assembly is required but you are left with lots of packaging materials due to the need to strongly protect the heavy chair in transit . The massage programs are fine and the chair accommodates us with a size of up to 6 feet 2 inches. Adjustments are very helpful for airbag strength and speed of massage. Overall a very relaxing piece of equipment. As with all these chairs, powerful (3D) massage is on fixed tracks along the vertebral column at the back, from neck to glutes. It's very efficient but spatially limited. Hamstrings, calves, arms, quads, etc. are only touched by airbags, not really massaged. Within these limits, the chair works very well. ... show more
