First time using the canopy right out the box, we found holes in the material it’s self. I’d like to return item or get sent a new one. Maybe even just a new canopy tarp. I love the brand but this was not something I was expecting.

Well all the end caps arrived busted out and missing. It doesn't come with a case or ankers and rope. It's like they want the 200 bucks you spend on this thing to fold with a slight breeze.

Loved the canopy we ordered but package was in horrible shape when it was delivered and couldn't say anything because no one was home. Some of the clips were broken and the tie down straps were missing.

canopy advertised heavy duty and it looked great for about two weeks then it ripped and totally fell apart i was very busy at the time it happened so i didn't contact the seller right away on this matter how ever i did try to contact them recently with no luck there is no contact information that i could find i paid 200.00 for the canopy because i didn't want a cheap one that would fall apart guess you can't trust verbiage when they say heady duty outdoor i would still like a replacement or refund but the canopy ripped up so much we threw it away

This canopy is very good for the price. It’s easy to set up and take down. We used it for an outdoor event in mid October. I do recommend this canopy.

The new item was broken , the plastic buttons to raise and lower and lock legs , was broken. The box looked like it went thru hell.
